Nội bộ nhân viên trực với lễ tân không thống nhất. Có một chút đôi co khi đến check in nhưng giải quyết ổn nên ko có vấn đề gì cả. Hi vọng các bạn kĩ hơn

The place was very old and musty, the sink clogged immediately and took overnight to drain
Staff is very friendly and helpful. My mum left the backpack behind, the staff organised and delivered it to my next hotel.
The location is not the best but there is still plenty of local stores.

I did like the personnel as their service was astonishing. There was a kind portier/bellman who helped with luggage and he opened the door every time coming in or going out from the hotel.
Location: Great pharmacy very close to the hotel. Also, if you take a bike or taxi, you could get to Vincom Center just 5-10 min ride away.
I didn't like that there was a food menu inside the room, but when calling to order lunch, I got to know that the restaurant is not open but only for breakfast. It felt a little bit deceiving.
Location: There was a small shopping center (The Garden) very close, but it had barely anything interesting in it.
Also, there were not too many shops around the hotel, other than street shops in the near area.
The staff was excellent. Location was very good.
