Lovely and elegant place for a really afordable price
Pros:

I loved the location and that the flat was really comfortable, elegant and cheap. Everything was new and the restaurant was really pretty.

Nulla, la camere non ce l'ha proprio fatta vedere.

Cons:

Arrivati a Tirana abbiamo cercato per almeno 40 minuti la nostra "Erik rooms" poiché l'indirizzo dato era approssimativo, ovvero senza il numero civico specificato e nessuna insegna di riconoscimento affissa neanche al citofono, finché un ragazzo ci ha gentilmente indicato il palazzo perché in tutto ciò il proprietario non ci rispondeva al telefono da tutto il giorno.
Appurato finalmente quale fosse il palazzo ci siamo apprestati a trovare parcheggio, la struttura non ne ha uno proprio e la zona è trafficata in maniera improponibile e i parcheggi sono introvabili. Dopo aver finalmente trovato un miracoloso parcheggio grazie a un ragazzo che usciva con la macchina sua e ci ha visto la disperazione in faccia, parcheggiamo prendiamo i bagagli e appena ci troviamo nell'atrio del palazzo, che devo dire era a dir poco fatiscente, sporco e con un enorme pozza d'acqua sul pavimento, ci arriva il messaggio del proprietario che si degna finalmente di farsi vivo dopo ore ci avvisa che c'era stato un errore e la camera non era disponibile.
Morale: dopo ore di viaggio, stress e stanchezza per la guida nel delirio della capitale e con mia moglie incinta, ci siamo trovati a dover cercare la sera un'altra stanza.
Sconsigliato sotto tutti i punti di vista.

Bon endroit pour visiter Tirana
Pros:

Le lit était très propre et confortable
L'emplacement est très central et proche des bars et resto
Mon vol était en début de soirée, on m'a laissé resté gratuitement quelques heures de plus après l'heure du check-out, merci!

Cons:

La salle de bain était un peu sale, avec des cheveux sur le sol.
Il n'y a pas de cabine de douche mais un pommeau dans la salle de bain directement.
Une mauvaise odeur se dégage de l'évacuation de la salle de bain, mais dans la chambre on ne sent rien

Nous n'avons pas rencontré l'hôte (mais nous sommes arrivés tard). Chambre pas super propre (cendre sur la porte fenêtre, sol...)

Bien para una noche, ubicación buena.
Pros:

Buena ubicación, aire acondicionado, wifi y buena comunicación con el anfitrión.

Cons:

El baño es tremendamente pequeño, cuando uno usa la ducha se moja todo el baño (no tiene cortina de ducha).
