Very poor stay. We shall not be returning to this property.
Cons:

1. The air conditioner in our two rooms stopped working after a power cut. We tried to restart it but could not. We complained to the front desk who said they will send an electrician but none came. This was at 7 am.

2. At around 5 am the phone in the room started beeping. Apparently some alarm had been set by some previous guest which had not been deleted by hotel staff.

Our morning was completely ruined by the two incidents.

Good location, air condition was good. Wash room cleaned

Cons:

Customer service was average. We were staying with a kid they did not give us a single mattress instead they gave us two separate bed

Pros:

Rooms were clean. Food was not as expected. Overall, it was nice to stay. Clean bathrooms and bedrooms.

Cons:

Parking problem. Very few parking spaces are available. Initially, they asked me to park at the roads side. Later on, open parking is provided.

The hotel have a wedding hall on 2nd floor and there are parties til very late night with very loud music, we couldn’t sleep til it stopped around 12:30am and I called reception 3 times and went down to them and they will stop them soon but it never happened, so if you have kids with you or you like to sleep early then this hotel is worst choice.
