The noise by other guests,twas not good
Only the location
The room was dirty and had flies
No kettle or even cutlery, if this was self catering it was extremely poor. Air-conditioning worked properly in 1 of the 3 rooms we booked.
My car was safe
The rooms were clean, bathroom was clean and also we had netflix. The staff was friendly and also it was value for money since we were on a tight budget. It is very central and not so far to where were attending a funeral.
Our aircon was not working and it was 41 degrees in Mtuba. Also there is no mirror in the bedroom or a portable mirror, our shower did not have a shower head, also a ironing board was not provided. Not enough plugs to plug our electronics we had to disconnect the fridge.
It was clean
We booked a 650-room package, but upon arrival, they claimed it was an 850-room package. Tired and late, we reluctantly upgraded and paid the difference. Not the best start to our stay. Maybe clarify the rates better next time?
Staff security very friendly. Lady in the kitchen prepared nice breakfast.
No chair , table. No tea sachets sofa. Shortage of towels .TV having no sports channels. Poor reception of network. Ended up using my own data. No ironing board.

Place is not clean, no towels, no bath soap, no bath mats, floor tiles are old cracked need renovations, place is too bad.
