Great place, great location, great communication!
Pros:

What a cute little place in a great location! Easy to get to and lots of shops and restaurants close by! Communication was great and always helpful and accommodated to anything we needed! Thanks for a comfortable and easy stay.

Perfect value for money and an attentive host. Location to restaurants

Location to Shinjuk, and spacious

Cons:

Check in and an annoying with tablet as I had already submitted all the check in info request. There was a drip outside our window from the air-con above. The host did come to try and fix it but had to come back the next day as it started dripping and kept us awake. Lastly, a house is being built directly opposite so there was lots of banging throughout the day.

Great place spacious and very clean and comfortable
Pros:

Clean and good location. Very convenient and central area. Spacious for large family.

Cons:

Toilet was upstairs but shower was downstairs.
No cutlery
Stairs are steep.

Clean, spacious restful property walking distance to public transport
Pros:

Spacious and clean. Relaxing Space for the family in the lounge room. Comfortable sleeping provisions for the 7 of us. Nice welcoming touches by the hosts - a note & some refreshing foot patches! Washing machine was useful. Separate toilet to shower room.
Highly recommend this property!

Cons:

The self check in to the iPad was a touch tricky, but not too bad.
