Un séjour absolument parfait du début à la fin ! L’hôtel est magnifique, le personnel est exceptionnel, toujours souriant, attentionné et d’une gentillesse incroyable. Chaque petit détail fait la différence et rend l’expérience encore plus spéciale. Les petites attentions, le thé servi l’après-midi, les sourires sincères et cette sensation d’être accueilli avec autant de chaleur… tout était parfait.

Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour votre accueil, votre bienveillance et tous ces petits gestes qui rendent un séjour inoubliable. On se sent vraiment bien ici, et c’est grâce à vous. Une adresse que l’on recommande les yeux fermés et où l’on reviendrait avec un immense plaisir !

This was a recommendation and it was exactly as advertised. The staff treated us like family and we felt totally relaxed within an hour of arrival. Try the pool, you will never want to leave!

Geweldig!
Pros:

Echt een fantastisch verblijf gehad! Het hotel is supermooi ingericht en ligt op een fijne, rustige locatie net buiten het drukke gedeelte. Wil je toch de gezelligheid opzoeken, dan ben je zo in de drukte.

Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Elke middag kregen we meerdere lekkere snacks, wat echt een leuke extra was. Ook het eten was heerlijk! Je kunt gezellig bij de poolbar eten, wat het helemaal compleet maakt.

Zeker een aanrader!

We had a wonderful stay at Quma. It is a beautiful peaceful hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and the afternoon tea was a nice bonus! The room was extremely clean and was cleaned twice a day.

A beautiful, relaxing boutique hotel with an amazing breakfast area, lovely pool and excellent value for money.
Pros:

Quma Boutique is a lovely, peaceful hotel and really good value for money. The breakfast was one of the highlights, not only was the food excellent, but the restaurant and breakfast area is such a beautiful, relaxing space and somewhere we genuinely looked forward to starting each morning.

The pool area is another highlight. It’s bigger than I expected and it gets sun throughout the day and we loved the floating bean bags in the pool, which were perfect for relaxing during the afternoon.

The location is also really good while still being lovely and quiet. Overall, the hotel has a really relaxed atmosphere and was a great place to switch off for a few days on Gili Air.

Cons:

The standard room is quite small with very limited storage, so there isn’t much space to unpack. The shower design is also a little frustrating as water ends up going everywhere across the bathroom floor.

We also felt that the pool area would benefit from proper sun loungers, and the blinds in the room could be better as they let in quite a lot of light in the morning.
