Pros:

Location of the accomodation is very good, 1 minute walk from Umejima station, that brings you to Ueno station in 15 minutes, and other parts of city centre in less than 30 minutes. Communication with host was very good, instructions clear and no problem. I strongly reccommend this accomodation.

Cons:

Only downside is that I was given the 4th floor (3 floors of stairs) and it was quite narrow and a bit difficult with luggage. Other than that, good accomodation.

Pros:

The room was as advertised, clean and all the facilities were in top shape. The area was very quiet and easy to get to a main train station. I would recommend this building 100% and the price was great.

Cons:

One thing I would recommend is an instruction sheet for the controls of the room in English. That is my only thing

Boa hospedagem com um "pequeno" problema.
Pros:

Quarto limpo, a pessoa que ajuda via whatsapp é muito rápida em responder. Apesar de um pouco longe da área mais turística, o bairro é agradável e o hotel perto do metro.

Cons:

Não trocam a toalha de banho, que já é bem pequena, bem pequena mesmo, a largura é a da minha mala de mão. Não é sequer razoável para quem pensa em ficar mais de 2 dias sem trocar a toalha. E é triste que algo tão pequeno (com o perdão do trocadilho) tenha tanto impacto na experiência.

Pros:

It was quiet, and the staff were very easy to reach and were very helpful! Station was very close. Bed was comfortable. Room was small, but was nice.

Cons:

It's an apartment with permanent residence, so be aware that noise should be kept to a minimum. Be aware that shoes should be taken off in the entryway. I am 6'2" (188cm), and found it difficult to tie and untie shoes in such a small narrow space. I suggest larger individuals prepare their shoes while outside the building or in the hallway.
