Pros:

Zona molto centrale e facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, supermercati, tabacchi, ristoranti e molto altro a pochi minuti a piedi e zona shopping di Viale Strasburgo a 5 min di distanza. Struttura ben organizzata e personale super disponibile, gentile e professionale. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e torneremo sicuramente!

Pros:

Good location, large room, clean, free street parking nearby, bars, restaurants nearby.

Cons:

A little dated, leak in wall next to bathroom could be fixed.
Not sure if kitchen facilities worked.

Lovely room but poor experience with staff
Pros:

Room was excellent, huge with a lovely big bathroom and gorgeous view from the balcony. Very comfortable.

Cons:

The lack of utensils in the kitchen- there was one pot only to cook with, no frying pan. We had to buy salt and oil ect, as there was nothing available.
The wifi stopped working for 2 days and when we complained, the staff didn’t seem bothered.
Furthermore, the cleaning lady rarely came to clean our room, and when we complained, she walked into our room at 9am without knocking when we were still in bed and we were shocked and upset.

The location was a little far from town, not too bad however the surrounding area was not the greatest.

The property also forgot to charge us for the stay online, and days after we left they called us to receive the payment. It was incredibly awkward as they refused to be paid in any other form that IBA (which is an Italian payment method that is not possible with international cards/banks). Fortunately we solved this using Revolute, however they said that if we didn’t manage to pay, it was our problem to take up with Booking.com.

The pool is not open until June-August.
