Excelente personal, pero problemas graves en el baño y pésima ubicación
Pros:

El personal fue muy amable y servicial en todo momento. La comida estaba entre regular y buena, con una amplia selección de platos, tragos y con un horario de atención bastante amplio, además la temperatura del hotel estaba adecuada y la estética del hotel era agradable.

Cons:

El personal se equivocó de tipo de reserva, luego la pieza que se proporcionó tenía hongos y humedad. El baño tenía un problema grave que provocó un rebalse de la pipeta que afectó a toda la habitación quedándola inutilizable y dañando pertenencias personales. A pesar que se proporcionó un reemplazo de pieza, esto afectó a nuestra comodidad en general. Los controles de los televisores de las piezas ambos estaban en mal estado y no funcionaban correctamente, y además la pieza de reemplazo no tenía TV cable. Finalmente, la ubicación era bastante mala lo cual requería un pronto regreso al hotel antes que se oscurezca.

La cama es cómoda.

Cons:

La comida del restaurante es terrible. El desayuno es aceptable, pero si quieres almorzar o cenar, no vale la pena. Es caro y el nivel gastronómico es muy deficiente. También hay filtraciones en la ducha.
