Perfect, except of the smell…

Everything was perfect. Room and kitchen equipment, accommodation location, communication. The only, but quite significant problem was an incredibly strong smell.

The only, but quite significant problem was an incredibly strong smell, mainly in the corridors, but of course also partly in the room. Strong smell, a mixture of sewage and chemicals that were probably supposed to overpower the smell. I almost threw up from this when walking through the corridor. It was really unbearable... it's a shame, because otherwise everything is perfect. (Also noise from the street, but that's completely understandable considering the location of the accommodation).

Vakavia kosteusongelmia kylpyhuoneessa. Laatoitus kaatoineen tehty väärin. Vesi valui keittiön puolelle. Alareunan silikonit rikki ja vettä mennyt jo pitkään rakenteisiin koska kylpyhuoneessa homeen haju voimakas. Lähtöaamuna aamiaistarjoilu puoli tuntia myöhässä kokin takia.

Si, el alojamiento está muy nuevo y bien ubicado.

Cons:

Pues que no se podía reservar parking en la zona y a nuestra llegada estaba todo lleno, y es un sitio de acceso peatonal, no puedes dejar el coche cerca ni para dejar las maletas.
Que no dejan un mini kit para lavar la vajilla y no hay lavavajillas, y como era una estancia de un día no compramos nada. Ya que normalmente suelen dejar algo. Se quedó sin lavar el desayuno.

Muy buena ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación muy bien, cerca de la plaza de la constitución y de la calle Granada donde todos los bares y restaurantes, no es una calle con mucho bullicio, es zona peatonal y hay al lado un parking. Está todo nuevo. No hay recepción para dejar las maletas si llegas o sales tarde pero al lado hay un local de locker. Te dan un kit de estropajo, balleta, bolsa de basura y jabón para vajilla. Hay gel de baño y champú.

Cons:

En la cocina faltan sarten y cazo para poder usar la vitro. El suelo suena al andar incluso se oyen a los de arriba. La puerta del portal al cerrar da mucho portazo.

El alojamiento estaba muy bien ubicado, en pleno centro de la ciudad. Los ruidos de la calle se escuchan ligeramente pero se puede descansar bien.
