Hermoso
Pros:

Hermoso el lugar en cuanto al tamaño, la disposición y la decoración. Cocina muy completa, excelente luminosidad y ubicación.

Cons:

Temas muy menores: El Desagüe de la ducha salía del baño y mojaba el otro ambiente, y el hall de entrada no olía muy bien.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

The apartment was wonderful and clean, more than enough for two people! Location is amazing, everything is in walking distance. It is easy to get into the building and into the apartment also. Breakfast was provided, enough options and available gluten-free bread, moreover the staff is kind and attentive!

Cons:

Only downside is, because it is in the center, pubs/night clubs are close, so you can hear drunk people during the night/early in the morning shouting on the streets below.

Great location and room!
Pros:

Great location, spacious room, clean, modern, elevator access, had everything I was looking for and needed.

Cons:

The link that was sent with my access code did not work. It was fine as I arrived during the day and could call the number given for assistance but not sure what would have happened if I arrived during off hours.

Good but would not stay because of the stress accessing the apartment
Pros:

Difficult to get into the building and no one answered the phone.
The bannister was not in use so felt uneasy going down the stairs.

Excelente estáncia
Pros:

La ubicación era excelente, pleno centro pero en una calle relativamente tranquila , se dormía sin nada de ruido

Cons:

Faltaba un espejo de cuerpo completo en el cuarto o alguna parte de la casa y algo más de luz en la zona del baño para maquillarse

clean and well-located place for a short stay, with just a few details that could improve the experience.
Pros:

My stay was only for one day, but I have to say it was very pleasant. The apartment was very clean and the online check-in process was simple and convenient.
In the bathroom there is shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer. In the bedrooms, each bedside table has disposable earplugs in case there is too much noise (the location is very central, so that’s something to keep in mind), but in my case I honestly didn’t hear anything at all.
The kitchen is fully equipped and they also leave a small kit with a sponge, dish soap, and a trash bag. There is centralized air conditioning, so the summer heat wouldn’t be a problem.
The location is excellent — just a few steps away from restaurants, pubs, clubs, cafés, and many shops. La Malagueta is around a 25-minute walk away.

Cons:

If you’re travelling with kids or have reduced mobility, keep in mind that to get to the kitchen you need to go upstairs. It’s not the most convenient setup, but for a short stay it works perfectly fine.

Another thing I noticed is that there isn’t a full-length mirror — all the mirrors are placed quite high. Having a long mirror where you can see yourself properly while getting ready would definitely be better.

Also I didn’t like was that check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM, but I only received the access code at 4:00 PM. Which honestly wasn’t nice at all. After calling three times and still not receiving the access code, I was starting to worry that I had been scammed.

Pros:

Appartamento molto carino e pulito. Cura nei dettagli. Posizione eccezionale: centralissima, autosilo vicino.

Cons:

Affaccia su una strada del centro, al primo piano. Il rumore della gente in strada (ubriachi che urlano…) è stato fastidioso. Offrono dei tappi per le orecchie ma sarebbe stato meglio avessero investito in finestre adeguatamente isolanti.

Per un disguido con le pulizie il check-in è stato 2h in ritardo.
