Great Hotel for a place like Meerut
Pros:

Located slightly outside meerut main city, but one of the best options you can get in a place like meerut.
Room was great and the hotel is just beside a mall.

Overall Experience was okay

Cons:

As a guest The treatment was not up to the mark and even while leaving there was no kind gesture from the guy at the reception. THE AC of the room was bad as hell. Had to call a technician for the same and even after that it wasn't working properly. Had a very bad room experience

Run down hotel in Meerut Ring Road.
Pros:

Very responsive staff.
We had booked deluxe room and were offered 1 upgrade to suite.

Adjacent to Propprix mall which we were hoping to use actively.

Cons:

Very run down, needs more maintenance.
The deluxe room we checked in to had flooding and was also upgraded to suite.
After that WC didnt work. 3 out of 4 ceiling fans didnt work in the 2 suites.
Walls showing cracks - needs plastering / re-papering.

Many shops in the adjacent Propprix mall had closed - disappointing. But not under hotel's control.
