Booking the next stay now
Pros:

Staff took our bags from the car and placed them in our room for us. Also complimentary savoury snacks by the pool and tea, coffee and pastries in the morning was a nice added surprise. Prime location.

Cons:

We were told there was champagne on arrival, we did not receive that

Beautiful hotel in a great location, ideal for short stay
Pros:

We liked the location, the beautiful design of the hotel, complimentary coffee and pastries at breakfast, underground secure parking, pool and roof terrace, bar service at pool.

Cons:

Our check in experience wasn’t great, room was quite cramped for 2 people with luggage and the balcony was not one you could sit on.

Lost count of the amount of times I said wow!
Pros:

We were blown away by the hospitality offered at Basq House. The hotel is so aesthetic but also comfortable.
The pool is amazing and the facilities and complimentary offers are beyond generous. Walking distance to all of the best bars, restaurants, shops and the beach. Will definitely be back!

Cons:

I could not find a single bad thing to say about this hotel!
