FIX THE PIN Address/Location! Hotel is not near Ayala Malls Manila Bay
Pros:

Rooms is tidy and nice.

Cons:

The PIN ADDRESS/LOCATION is messed up. Address is pinned beside the City of Dreams near Ayala Manila bay, but it turns out its near MOA! Please change it! Its misleading to people trying to book a hotel near Ayala Mall Manila Bay.

Real hard to check in...you MUST have a certificate from own which is not provided

Cons:

Pool you had to pay extra you have to go to a different tower to get ticket... Bad news office only open 10 am til 1 pm don't miss it or you don't swim
Internet not working owner fixed but no tv unless you pay more

Pros:

Perfect location, very near to MOA. Good for 2-3 persons only. Room was clean and tidy. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

Cons:

Only the elevator and hallway its very smelly. I always need to spray perfume and alcohol every-time we use the elevator. Not a good first impression

We have been extorted money for this booking, please stay away.
Pros:

Location was ideal for what we needed.

Cons:

Staff threatened for unreasonable compensation for alleged damages and harassed my social media account. She went on to threaten that I would not be leaving Phillipines unless I paid her for the alleged damages. This is akin to extortion and booking.com should take down this location to protect their customers. Our personal information has also been leaked online and I believe this is a strict violation of privacy rules.
