However, the hotel feels quite outdated and would benefit from refurbishment. Communication with the reception staff was often difficult, making it harder than expected to arrange transportation or get assistance. The Wi-Fi did not work in our room throughout our stay, which was a significant inconvenience.

The pool area was frequently overcrowded and noisy, and although this affected the atmosphere, staff did not appear to intervene or manage the situation. In addition, the hotel’s location, while scenic, makes getting around without a car or taxi rather challenging.

Overall, it is an average hotel with a lovely natural setting and excellent beach access, but several operational and maintenance issues mean it does not currently offer the level of comfort or service expected for its price.

Disappointed and 5* hotel.
Pros:

Location and big Pool in the garden

Cons:

The service level not matching their claim of 5 stars boutique hotel. It is just an agroturism facility with need for maintenance. You don’t get an offer of a drink at the bar during a day or evening as the bar is empty and unmanned. The reception staff is also not supportive if you have some request. In general you get the feeling to be an intruder there. Additionally the room you get is not matching the pictures presenting the nicer rooms on the booking portal.

Prachtige locatie met heel veel ruimte eromheen. Vriendelijk personeel. Zwembad is fantastisch. Restaurant was ook heel erg goed.

Escapada romántica perfecta.
Pros:

Camas King Size, Suites amplias y tranquilas, espacio exterior, muy cerca de Platja del Castell y Cala Estreta.
Desayuno completo y abundante.

Cons:

Falta un poco de mantenimiento.
La decoración de las habitaciones está muy anticuada, habrían de actualizarla para darle mas calidez.
