We will never go there again. The hotel is very worn out and run-down.

Reception workers very well

Cons:

Very disappointing experience. The hotel is worn out and poorly maintained. The room had dirty, stained walls, worn flooring, and broken bathroom accessories. Towels and bathrobes smelled old and unpleasant. The spa pool was cold, and you have to pay extra for additional towels. Parking costs 8 EUR in a snowy field, while proper spaces were full. We will never return.

Cons:

Kuna ilm oli võrdlemisi külm, siis oli koridorides ja sööklas natuke jahe, kuid mitte midagi hullu.

Tuba, hommikusöök, spa, rõdu, personal.

Cons:

Tellisin tuppa eelnevalt puuviljavaagna ja selle ümber tekkis siis palju jahmerdamist. Esiteks ei olnud võimalik seda otse kodulehelt tellida, siis kirjutasin, vastati kiiresti ja viisakalt. Siis helistati ja paluti ettemaksu ja maksekorraldust. Tegin ära. Kohale jõudes öeldi valvelauast, et vaagen on maksmata. Sain tõestatud. Ja kui tegin check out- i, siis hakkas see puuviljavaagna teema uuesti pihta. See oli nõrk koht, rohkem ei telli vaagnat. Muidu oli aga kõik suurepärane ja väga meeldis 😀

More or less everything was great.
Pros:

Everything was as expected.

Cons:

Temperature in our room was 26.5 degree and we couldn't change it, because the system was locked. As we came late from the dinner and as the hotel is so big, we didn't want to go for assistance, so we slept with an open window.

We booked two separate beds, but we got double bed. And we booked superior room but we felt that the size wasn't bigger than a classic room.

Pros:

Really good and spacious SPA zone with a lot of different procedures offered.
The swimming pool in the main SPA center has a high quality water without any smell or taste of chlorine. Really enjoyed the Japanese sauna.

Cons:

The quality of water in the room was full of calcium, what resulted my skin to become really dry after having a shower. Would recommend Tervis management to pay attention to that.

Pros:

Tā kā šajā viesnīcā uzturos ne pirmo reizi, tad varu teikt, ka kopumā ir labi. Brokastis ir labas. SPA centrs arī labs.

Cons:

Baseinos pārāk vēss ūdens. Arī burbuļvannā. Un pat bērnu basienā ūdens bija par vēsu.
