Pros:

Originele accomodatie met veel ruimte

Cons:

De hoge prijs was niet in verhouding tot wat geboden werd. Wanneer je prijzen hanteert die vergelijkbaar zijn met een vijfsterrenhotel moet daar ook wat tegenover staan. Dus niet nog een extra tarief er bovenop voor gebruik van de hottub en bijvoorbeeld ook shampoo in de badkamer.

Geweldige accommodatie
Pros:

Geweldig appartement in het fort. Alles aanwezig, super mooi ingericht en als kers op de taart een hottub onder de sterren.

Het zou prettig zijn als je bij de douche zelf de temperatuur kunt regelen. Het is verder een prima douche. Het ontbijt is basic maar voldoet

A wonderful place to visit, filled with history and run by a very enthusiastic staff! Go there!
Pros:

We chose to come here for the beautiful location at 50 meters from the river Waal and because we could bring our dog. It was a wonderful experience! The beds were very comfortable. Although the restaurant offered breakfast, we did not take breakfast at the restaurant. There was a small kitchen for coffee, tea and making breakfast in the room which was very handy. Only a cooker for eggs was missing. The apartment was beautifully designed and the room that consisted of different spaces in the contrescarpgalery spoke of its military history, without being intimidating. The location of the fort and the way it is restored is spectacular and the kitchen of the restaurant is superb!!

Cons:

There were some minor issues that the keepers of this place might want to look into: The shower has only one temperature and cannot be adjusted, it gets colder when used for a few minutes. I had understood that there would be a double bed but there were two separate mattresses placed side by side, with also two separate covers. A little uncomfortable if one is a couple. The small bedside tables were bent by heavy weight, which made them impossible to use for a glass of water or something similar. And finally the two very nice designed chairs at the table were so heavy, that it was not inviting to put them outside in the sun, so perhaps two light chairs to use outside might be an idea.

Muss man mal erleben!
Pros:

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in aussergewöhnlicher Umgebung. Sehr netter Empfang. Ein spezielles Erlebnis! Immer wieder gerne!

Heel sfeervol
Pros:

Sfeer

Cons:

Matige schoonmaak, heel stoffig en spinnenwebben (zelfs in de douche). We niesten ons suf. Ik miste koffiekopjes, theeglazen, bierglazen, snijplank. Erg weinig koffiecupjes.
Ontvangst was wat amateuristisch en de wandeling naar het fort wat ongemakkelijk.

Helemaal ge-wel-dig!
Pros:

Het ontbijt was heerlijk, vol lokale producten. De locatie was fantastisch en het appartement was heel ruim en sfeervol. Super vriendelijk personeel, ruime parkeergelegenheid; kortom, een echte aanrader!

Cons:

Jammer dat de wc een storing had, maar dat werd snel opgelost.

Fantastische, unieke locatie!

Prachtige, unieke locatie. Appartement was groot en heel leuk en gezellig ingericht. Het restaurant was ook uitstekend!

Cons:

Ik vond het voor onze kinderen van 2 en 4 vrij eng dat de ramen/luiken vrij makkelijk open konden. Daaronder was namelijk de gracht.
