Owner is horrible and asked to check out the place upon asking for wifi/network provider
Pros:

Property, location and staff are all good however, the owner is pathetic. She might ask you to leave/check out if you give feedback for the amenities not provided which are mentioned on the site. There is no acknowledgement, no apology and No compassion. I wouldn’t recommend going here if you are seeking peace out of your trip. I have been told horrible things by the owner only bcz I asked her to confirm network would provide me some connectivity to speak home. However, during this due to lack of compassion and constant denial, she started to cover up her place incompetency by quoting the death of people during the flash flood and asking for wifi. Wouldn’t recommended going there. If going, please avoid the owner and getting into argument with the owner else, your trip will be spoilt. We decided to leave the city bcz of this horrible experience hence, trying to save/alert as many as people possible!! Thanks

It’s the most amazing property in Harsil valley.the whole team along with lead hotel manager Mr.Negi took care of every thing . Food is delicious.
