Too short to see everything we had wanted to.
Pros:

This was our first home stay in a great location.
The lady of the house was very lovely and helpful. We could use her kitchen which was good as there were no restaurants close by for meals. One night we got a taxi for a little ways to an area where there were good choices. We were in the walled imperial city and it was a lovely walk from the homestay.
There was a bath in the room we had which was great as it was cool in the evenings.

Cons:

Apart from lack of restaurants for dinner nothing.

A Cozy and Friendly Home Away from Home
Pros:

Our stay in Huế was nothing short of perfect! The warm and friendly hospitality made us feel right at home from day one. One of our favorite parts was spending time in the kitchen, where we had some lovely conversations and truly felt part of the family. The bedroom was incredibly spacious and cozy, almost like a mini spa retreat! It was the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring Huế.
Vân, our host, has gone above and beyond to not just provide us with an incredible room but also suggested great local restaurants, phoned the restaurant to ensure they’re open for us and organised a special tour for the spring festival at a nearby village (my personal favourite).

If you’re looking for a stay that feels both personal and comfortable, this is the place.

One of the best homes we stayed at in Vietnam!
Pros:

Lagom Home has beautiful rooms, designed with an eye for detail. We booked a cute room with a small balcony. It has cozy, soft lighting and lovely colours, something you don’t see too often in hotels. The owner is very welcoming and helpful. Lastly, the location is excellent, in a quiet part of the old town. Many local people, not so many hotels or tourists here!

Cons:

There is no breakfast at the property. However the owner is happy to show you some great breakfast places, right around the corner!

That was a perfect experience I tried to stay here few months ago but it was fully booked now I understand why. This time I was lucky. Magnificent room very comfortable mattress and a real bath tube that made my evening. Totally recommend this place.

Pros:

Since the homestay is close to the citadel the surrounding area was very quiet with friendly and helpful locals. We were allowed a late checkout and to leave our luggage at the homestay.

Cons:

The communication via the booking chat was a little difficult in the beginning, since the owner didnt see our messages that we had arrived at the homestay. The mosquito netting for some windows was a little ragged.

Relaxing place in the old town
Pros:

The room and the flat are lovely! The bed is really confortable :)

Cons:

-Good location in the old town but still a bit far from everything.
-This not really a homestay, the owners were nice but it's more like a Airbnb (no bikes or motorbikes, we haven't seen them much)

Beautiful house away from the crowded area
Pros:

This is a genuine Homestay where you feel like home and you can see the house has been taken care of as a living space since the hosts live there as well. Room was big with a decent size balcony. They also have a coffee shop close by where they make delicious cakes :)

Wonderful Stay in Hue
Pros:

It’s been a wonderful stay at Lagom Home. I was surprised with the calmness and peace at Lagom, that was rare to find these days. We all enjoyed the beautiful garden views and birds singing each morning… we love those meals that they treat us like family and we appreciate the lovely atmosphere they created. I’m so glad to find them and stay here. Highly recommend this Home for anyone, looking for a home feeling on the road.
