Bad experience
Pros:

Room was spacious and big. Toilet and bathroom are clean.

Cons:

It was a very bad experience on our first day because before we check in i requested an earlier check in since we arrived in Belgium around 11am but they refused it and said that the reception will open at 6-10 pm so i didn't response back and respect it. At 4pm i send her a message that we will come around 6pm but when we reach the house no one meet us there so i called the number of the host and inform that were already there but instead, she approach us a very rude attitude that why we didn't send her a message earlier. She was expecting that there's a guests on that day and that time. There's no even reception there as she said that the reception will open at 6-10pm. So i get mad at her i told her that we can't sleep outside and we're very tired that day for how many hours of travel.they know that there's a guests coming but she keep insisting that I didn't informed her that were coming! She told us to go away and find another room and will not give our payment back. I just keep calm because we don't have a choice rather than sleep outside so she said that we need to wait for her after 1 hour, good thing there's a one guy came who's living there so we ask him to let us come inside because we can't wait outside since its cold so he let us in. But the host didn't came already and didn't even care to ask if we need something. I don't recommend to stay in that house even its cheap and affordable because first of all no one will assist you there and the host is very rude and not approachable.There's no even kettle and pantry for the guests. The bed and comforter is itchy and dusty.There's also insects in the room.

La serviabilité et surtout la gentillesse de la propriétaire

Cons:

Il n'y a pas d'espace aménagé pour attendre l'arrivée de la propriétaire. Nous l'avions attendu à l'extérieur du bâtiment en plein hiver

Awkward.. Was this legal?
Pros:

Booking on the same day can be difficult in Brussels so it was either this or a hostel... or 200eu+

I will never stay here again and it was awkward. But still i wont give a 1 because it had some things that some hotels in Brussels can not even get right!!

- The water/shower (not the bathroom) was working properly and it was warm!
- Even with the human nail on my bed (bah) and the smoked pillows the bed was actually comfortabel.
- Everywhere smells like sigarettes, especially in my room BUT there are No sigarette stains! (Yes its possible; hotels which i am not allowed to name you!)

Cons:

How to describe.. It's like staying with your far aunt in Russia. You will have to share everything besides the bedroom. You can use your Uncles bed with the hole in the matras. It wont be clean and if you have allergies there will be reactions (i had).. but its cheap.

If you just came from India for the first time in Europe, you wont be dissapointed and the good news is that from here it will only get better! **
