We stayed in the room with the terrace, which had the most amazing views of the city!!!
The location was fantastic, in a picturesque and charming neighborhood, quiet but close to all the sights,(we did a morning stroll up to the statue on the hill),the rooms were clean and the enormous bed was very comfortable. The expresso machine was a welcome bonus.The breakfast was very good

Cons:

The walk up to the hotel is a little steep, if you have mobility issues, we found it easier than we expected though.

Всё понравилось, хочу отметить очень вежливое , доброжелательное и вежливое отношение персонала . Замечательный человек не знаю имени скорее всего управляющий отеля , спасибо вам от всей души . Такого хорошего отношения не было ещё ни в одном отеле страны . Чистые , красивые номера сделаны со вкусом. Шикарный вид из номера ( особенно терраса) . Вкусные завтраки, в общем было прекрасно всё.

Bella stanza in Posizione perfetta!
Pros:

Posizione PERFETTA: fuori dal rumore e dal traffico ma comodissima per old tbilisi, in quartiere tradizionale, e inoltre in Posizione panoramica.
Personale gentile. Colazione varia. Stanza molto bella e pulita. Anche il bagno grande e bello, compresa la doccia

Cons:

Unica pecca della stanza, poche luci per la sera. Un peccato non sia in funzione (temporaneamente o definitivamente?) il bar sulla terrazza: sarebbe bellissimo anche fare colazione lì!
Non posso dare 10 perche non funzionava la macchinetta del caffè a colazione, e non sembrava essere interessante per loro aggiustarla...
