It’s very old building but organized.
Pros:

Location, staff are friendly.

Cons:

The room doors isn’t locked, the people entry all the time at night. I couldn’t sleep.

Minha primeira vez num hostel compartilhado e a experiência foi ótima!! Fui assistir um show no Morumbis e a estação amarela, super localizada!! Também fui recepcionada super bem, tive suporte por parte dos funcionários, o quarto estava tudo ok, a limpeza no banheiro e nos demais cômodos estava sempre em dia! Em questão de localização, vários pontos turísticos perto e estações de metrô com fácil acesso. Certamente voltarei mais vezes para ficar hospedada!

Non male ma molte cose da rivedere

Carino. Ben organizzato. Camere da 4, non troppo invadenti e cucina ben fornita.

Cons:

Non tutti i membri dello staff erano accoglienti. Siamo arrivati alle 6.15 del mattino pagando una notte in più. Li avevamo avvisati fino al giorno prima ma nessuna risposta.

Dopo 20 minuti cercando di contattare qualcuno, scende un ragazzo riccio (volontario) e in maniera abbastanza aggressiva ci dice che "c'è tempo per lavorare e tempo per riposare".
Mi comunica che la reception avrebbe aperto alle 7 (20m dopo) e di controllare gli orari, che non sono scritti né su Booking né su Google né ci erano stati comunicati.

Cosi ci ha mandato in un bar ad aspettare e appena aperto non ha fatto il minimo sforzo per sembrare accogliente.

Per non dire in che modo alle 10 del mattino sempre lo stesso ragazzo spalanca le porte delle stanze e apre le finestre, anche se la gente sta dormendo. Non so se sia politica dell'ostello, ma se così fosse, sicuramente è da rivedere.

Non è un dipendente quindi forse è stata solo una mia sfortuna.
