Lovely hotel terribly security
Pros:

The room and decore were lovely, most of the staff were wonderful and accommodating.
The restaurant staff are amazing. The food was also good.
They decorated my sisters room as requested for her birthday and gave us a complimentary glass of processco on arrival.
I had a lovely view of the har and pool, very quiet in the rooms

Cons:

The security was rude, and some what aggressive in his approach, rather than asking if I had a room he assumed I didn't and almost blocked me from entering the lift.

There was an eggy smell in the hallways, and the baths and bath panels were not particularly clean

Would recommend and stay in this hotel again!

The roof top pool/bar and the variety provided for breakfast.

Cons:

We were put into a room with broken air conditioning (which the hotel safe were aware of in 32 degree heat outside) and had to communicate twice in order to move rooms. However, the woman who helped sort this was great and she upgraded our room.

Das Hotel und Personal waren toll. Zum Parkplatz muss sich die Geschäftsführung etwas überlegen.

Zimmer tip top
Frühstück war weit über unsereren Erwartungen. Es gab so gut wie nichts, was es nicht gab ;-)

Cons:

Parkplatzsituation war absolut unzufriedenstellend. Es gab keine Parkplätze am Gelände, auch nicht gegen zusätzliche Gebühr. Das Hotel hat uns die Garage gegenüber empfohlen => 60,00 pro Tag. Das haben wir etwas heftig empfunden.
