Super expérience dans cet hôtel, j’y retournerai avec plaisir si je retourne en Italie.
Pros:

L’accueil était bien, même si certains membres du personnel n’étaient pas toujours à la hauteur. Sinon, dans l’ensemble, c’était top.

La chambre était très bien, rien à redire : elle était propre et agréable.

L’hôtel est vraiment magnifique.

Le petit déjeuner était excellent, avec énormément de choix.

La piscine était également top, c’était un vrai plaisir.

Cons:

Dans la chambre, il y avait un canapé-lit dont le drap était sale. J’ai donc demandé à l’accueil qu’il soit changé, mais on m’a indiqué qu’il n’y avait pas de femme de ménage disponible à ce moment-là. J’ai donc dû mettre une serviette en attendant. Finalement, on m’a apporté une couverture, car il n’y en avait également pas dans la chambre.

Je suis déçue, car le prix de la chambre était assez élevé. Sachant que je n’y ai passé qu’une seule nuit et qu’il s’agit d’un établissement présenté comme luxueux, retrouver plusieurs taches sur les draps m’a vraiment refroidie.

De plus, il faisait extrêmement chaud dans la chambre et il n’y avait pas de climatisation. Dès que j’essayais de la mettre en marche, elle se coupait immédiatement, ce qui a rendu la nuit très inconfortable.

Très bien pour un court séjour
Pros:

L’emplacement et proximité du canal ou des lieux architecturaux est top… Metro à proximité qui facilite les déplacements.
La piscine sur le toit est vraiment top.👍

Les lieux d’aisance dans la chambre ne sont en rien insonorisé..
