The best, sweetest staff and the best place to stay especially when you're looking forward to a long hot shower after trekking for a few days! Breakfast was also exceptional.

Everything was perfect
Very helpful and friendly staff, really went out of their way to make sure we had a great time that included the reception, restaurant, housekeeping, everyone was so nice! Lovely spacious and comfortable room. They gave us cookies every day. Delicious breakfast, plenty of choice. Buffet dinner was also great with free cultural show. Good coffee and cocktails available from the poolside.
Sometimes the room wasn't made up until later in the day. Everything else was perfect!

Barulho nos corredores, portas batendo de outros vizinhos ( precisaram melhorar a acústica e a fechadura para que na seja necessário bater a porta).
Água do chuveiro estava com cheiro forte de enxofre (li relatos de outros hotéis da rede, com mesmo problema, até mesmo com água turva —- então creio que seja necessário rever a forma como tratam a água).

The Hotel Manager, Ram, after knowing we will be staying in 3 of the Barahi Hotels (Pokhara, Sarangkot and Chitwan), offered a complimentary dinner for us!
Durga, who worked in the restaurant, also provided great service to us.
Overall, fantastic hotel with every member provided excellent service to their guest!

Very well-maintained property. The rooms are beautifully decorated and modern, with great attention to detail in the design. The bathroom is excellent, with a large shower. There’s a lovely mountain view from the window, and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The staff is extremely helpful and always looking for ways to assist. The breakfast was good, and I especially recommend the eggs with bacon made on the spot.

ゲーディッドロケーションで、美しいプールやお庭があります。
トラベルデスクがあり、要望に合わせてプライベートなツアーを組んでくれます。
部屋も欧米のホテルと遜色ない設備と清潔感があります。
朝食も沢山のメニューがあり、どれも美味しいです。
何日か宿泊すると顔を覚えてくれて話しかけてくれて家のように過ごせます。ゲストに快適に過ごして欲しいというホスピタリティを沢山感じられました。
ネパールの様々な場所に展開しているホテルグループで、老舗の格式と温かみがあります。
カトマンズでもこちらのホテルにお世話になる事にしました。
