The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

In-dinning options are very limited. Bed sheets were not fresh and apparently not replaced after previous guest. Breakfast has very limited options. It is located outside macau island.

Very amiable and well trained staff, especially Carl. The detailing of the room to make the stay convenient is commendable, like the child protection at the corner of the bedside table. Absolutely loved the sofa by the glass window. Shuttle to heart of the city available although we didn't avail it. Cabs for booking easily available. They also sell merch which is a plus, although a bit on the expensive side. They have a good gym and pool as well.
Water is quite expensive.
Lights in the room are too dim. Hope they install some brighter lights.
Breakfast is very basic with limited options.

Cet hôtel pourrait être meilleur si le personnel était plus agréable, particulièrement celui de la réception ( lobby) dont les dissensions entre responsables sont par trop visibles pour le client.
Et si, l’hôtel avait fait qques améliorations d’adaptation à l’évolution des moyens de communication et de son style ancien.
- Pour un hôtel de ce niveau ( 5 étoiles) un traitement inconsidéré et réducteur pour certains clients à la limite du racisme.
Une carte qui momentanément ne fonctionne pas rend le client indésirable…
- Pour un hôtel de cette classe, un harcèlement dès le petit matin, d’un client arrivé pourtant à 3h du matin.
- Des décisions contradictoires entre responsables apparemment en conflit.
- Pour un hôtel de ce niveau, pas de prise USB, avec des équipements de chambre qui semblent être des jouets, dont non efficaces ( longues vues gracieusement fournies).
- Un room-service qui ne répond pas.
- Un refus de remboursement pour un change évident entre les monnaies ( obligé de faire recours à la police pour s’entendre raison et de s’exécuter)…tout en exigeant un reçu.
Impression que l’on a souhaité l’opération s’effectuer sans trace.
- Un manque total de considération aux engagements souscrits et délais auprès de « Booking.com….
