Decent stay with room for improvement
Pros:

The rooms were nice, clean, modern with very good views.

Cons:

Not enough variety at breakfast. The food was not kept warm and the breakfast area was too small. Didn’t have a good atmosphere (lack of good music, set up etc). The concierge (doorman) was not welcoming.

感覺上是想走奢華路線的飯店，但軟體跟整體設計程度不足，清潔也未完全到位，甚至因為房間未打掃完成還延後到4點才讓我們進房，雖然有讓我們延後check out，但整體而言飯店的素質尚未到位，覺得可惜了！

服務態度很好

Cons:

房間的設備跟動線設計不太適合家庭出遊，感覺上花了心思在硬體設備上（電動窗簾、溫度控制是觸控面板），但軟體的配備用心程度不足，有點可惜！

例如：整體空間很大卻只有2-3個插座、兩間浴室都很大還有很美的浴缸，但垃圾桶卻只有馬桶旁邊才有、整個客廳超大卻找不到插座等等⋯我們最後只好把無線電話的線拔掉才能煮熱水，整個配置都滿奇怪的！

另外還有全部的燈全開還是非常昏暗，若是有帶小孩或長輩一起住的要很小心！

will be my last at this hotel.
Pros:

Absolutely rubbish. I found the breakfast very poor to the degree I did not have breakfast the 2nd day, although I paid for it.

Cons:

1. The TV did not work and had to change the modem. £ engineers came one after the other in order to fix it
2. I made the payment with AMEX but the hotel would not accept AMEX deposit. Not shown anywhere that AMX was not acceptable.
3. Although paid for breakfast on checking they did not provide me with coupons. As a result had to que to get the coupons in the morning.
4. Swimming facilities were poor. No Sauna and hot baths.
5. In the brochure showed the racing course view, which was all gone and decapitated.

有免費接駁巴士可到澳門不同地方
另外加購的早餐質素不俗

Cons:

這次住的是附露台的雙人大床房間
電視機折舊，影像會忽然模糊和聲響會變調
房內可能因為相對空間不足，只有露台設有椅子和桌子
淋浴設備方面，花灑不能靈活調動到想要固定的角度
馬桶位置欠缺可以放置手機或隨身小物的平面小架

Pros:

- Gym is very good, very modern equipment but terrible service

Cons:

- room was dusty, there was even a used toothpick on the bedside counter.
- staff not well trained, door man doesn't open the door, and no greeting. When a cleaner was mopping the floor there was no sign indicating wet floor, dangerous and slippery.
- location is inconvenient, not walkable from the other hotels unless you can handle 30 minute walk under Macau sun and humidity.
- same price as competitors but cannot see any value at all, would not recommend to anyone
