I was treated very poorly.

I will never stay at this hotel.

The hotel manager should not be in the hospitality business.

He has no regard for people and any of their issues as it pertains to travel.

I would advise older persons and handicapped travelers to steer clear of this property.

Negatives receptionist is never there and you have to negotiate to get a key to the front door . Room was not cleaned or sheets changed the 10 days I was there and had to ask for a pillow, blanket, witi code and toiletries using google translate.
Positives cheap price, huge room ( 103 ) nice places to eat nearby and a modern internet television in the room
Easy walk to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Galata bridge .

Ein kleines aber sehr feines Hotel.
Die Sauberkeit und die Freundlichkeit war sehr zufriedenstellend. Preisleistungsverhältnis meiner Meinung nach auch ansprechend.
Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war sehr zuvorkommend, nett und hatte immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht, was beim Ein- und Ausgang eine positive Auswirkung machte. Ich kann die Unterkunfr seelenruhig weiterempfehlen.

É muito bem localizado porém o serviço deixa muito a desejar. Fomos alocados em um quarto bagunçado, com lixo cheios e camas desarrumada. Fomos na recepção pedir para arrumar e nós trocaram de quarto. Na sequência, fomos comunicados que não haveria café da manhã. O segundo quarto era melhor e tinha vista, o aquecedor funciona perfeitamente e o chuveiro às vezes cai água fria do nada, mas funciona. Na segunda diária nos serviram um café da manhã que já estava pronto e embalado na geladeira (no dia 01 ele estava no freezer mas não foi servido, eu mesmo vi). Na terceira diária não foi servido café da manhã, nos trataram com sarcasmo e não foi informado uma justificativa plausível. É de fato muito bem localizado. Fizemos tudo a pé ou de metrô, apenas aeroporto que foi de táxi. A região tem muito comércio e restaurantes. Precisa melhorar o atendimento mesmo.

Terribile, struttura inadeguata, sporcizia, poca manutenzione, stanza e bagno fatiscente, zero servizi, rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo. Non consigliato, Expedia dovrebbe scegliere meglio gli alberghi da inserire nella propria App.

Fiyati makul. Ulasimi kolay merkezi yerde. Odalar temiz. Klima, tv ve internet var.Tavsiye ederim.

Tellement déçu , sur les photo et réalité pas du tous pareil les chambre sont toute petite ont a un drap pour couverture , la salle de bain je parle même pas je suis trop trop déçu … le petit déjeuner ont me donne des toast avec du fromage dedans mais par contre ont me met un pot de confiture sans pain 😳 j’ai eu le droit que 1 café par petit déjeuner je suis vraiment déçu aucune serviette de bain n’a étais changer pendant mon séjour et ni les drap plus jamais a fuies

Rate jedem ab dieses Hotel zu buchen. Wir kamen nach 14:00 und Check in ist um 14:00 und trotzdem war unser Zimmer nicht fertig geputzt und als nach fragte wieviele Zimmer das Hotel hat sagte er 6 und 2 seien nur belegt und trotzdem war das Zimmer nicht sauber. Im Flur waren überall Löcher in den Wänden und offene Kabel guckten raus. Frühstück sollten wir direkt im Eingangsbereich haben und die Küche bestand nur aus einem Spülbecken in der Ecke. Es war dreckig und alles kaputt. Fazit wir sind direkt wieder raus und haben uns ein neues Hotel gesucht. Das Geld haben wir natürchlich nicht zurückbekommen.

Uitchecken smorgens om 7u er was niemand om 7u.ontbijt zit je aan a grote tafel te samen. Er was enkel toilet in de kamer.gewoon slecht.

Das war echt ein Reinfall nie wieder das Hotel.
Hatte Schimmel an den Wänden und dann auch noch voll klein das Zimmer, Duschen ging kaum alles Schimmel im Bad und zu eng

Très bien pour le prix et l'emplacement.. Mais justement, à ce prix là, on va pas demander la lune...

Das Zimmer ist sauber und zweckmäßig eingericht, aber leider ohne Kühlschrank. Das Bad bzw. die Dusche ist sauber, aber keine tägliche Reinigung wie beschrieben. Das Frühstück ist wenig abwechslungsreich und jeden Tag wird das gleiche auf einem Teller serviert. Das Personal ist sehr nett, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Insgesamt ausreichend für einen günstigen und kurzen Aufenthalt in Istanbul.

Es un alojamiento cómodo para estadía corta, camas confortables con todos los servicios necesarios. Buena ubicación para visitar las mezquitas y llegar al metro. Un excelente precio que incluye desayuno.
