Good. Quite comfortable.
Pros:

The owner of the hotel, Mr.Tie was hospitable and kind.He personally attended to my needs.
It is good value for a budget hotel.

Cons:

The windows are small and narrow. It gives one a feeling of being boxed in.

Pros:

One of the best hotel to stay in Sibu centre. Convenient for sight seeing and food. I took the double queen bed unit to stay with family. Everything was perfect and clean. The hotel is located right at Sibu Night Market area.

Cons:

Staff should welcome customers upon arrival and not just give instructions via WhatsApp. Parking is on first come first serve basis. Since, hotel located at Sibu Night Market area, you may experience traffic congestion at night.

location & automation of entrance & exit. however need to have manual or emergency door. cannot reply to automation door. owner very friendly to provide facilities based on our requirement.

Excellent location, price, service
Pros:

It's a shoplot room. Very secure, strategic and think motel but clean and safe. Owner is very responsive and understanding. Would repeat stay.

Cons:

The grill gate does make a noise in opening and closing and best to stay further if sensitive to noise. For us, it was fine.
