SCAM! Run away
Cons:

SCAM :( Don’t make a reservation through this listing, as the hotel has changed management, and the new owners do not have access to this registration. Avoid what happened to me: we arrived at the hotel around 11: PM to rest before our 5: AM flight. The receptionist informed us of the situation, and we were charged again for the stay, or we wouldn’t have been able to check in. We tried to cancel the booking on Booking.com, but there was no option to do so, and you lose 100% of the amount if you cancel. I sent a request for a refund, and as of now, I have not received any reimbursement.

Furthermore, the hotel is very basic, with noisy and dirty air conditioning, sticky floors, and poor cleaning. It’s far from the airport and located in the middle of nowhere. In short, I do not recommend it.

Relax and definitely will coming back.
Pros:

Price meets our expectation, staffs are very kind and the location is around 15-20mins from Mactan Airport. Accessible to markets/store. Will be back again when I'll be coming back to Cebu.

Cons:

So far, our stay was okay. I didn't have things I don't like. Staffs are approachable. Oh! 1 thing on this, our room booked room has no TV so, quality time at it's finest ;)

The description states that the hotel is close to the airport. That's a lie! This property is located far outside and it is very difficult to find. 45min by cab. The term "restaurant" is also a scam as no food is offered. There is no possibility to eat anything nearby.

We could not leave the room because the door could not be locked.

The air conditioner was right next to the bed at head height, unbelievable!

A cab to the airport is ordered only for an agency fee (cash for the staff)

Cons:

It was too far from the airport not like advertised. We couldn’t find the place and the way to the lodge was too remote. No taxi would probably go there. We had to look for another hotel on the same night.

Welcoming people in a nice place
Pros:

We were looking for a hotel in Lapulapu that would be quite close to the beach as we were passing our PADI and we were really happy with the location (which is also quite close from the airport). Also, the staff was really welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

we can hear a lot the various noises coming from the outside.
