酒店位置极佳，露台就是极佳的雪山环境点，酒店很新，装修很好，房间很大，有暖气，床上用品干净卫生，舒适性非常好，早餐尤其丰富，房主人娜娜非常热情开朗友善，虽然语言不通，但也极力给我们提供帮助，谢谢娜娜，给我们安排了酒店最好的观景房，谢谢你做的一切，让我们度过了非常愉快的一天

i like this hotel, clean, homey with two kind host ladies. The view in the room is amazing. Two hostesses are all so kind and fun! The breakfast is complete and it’s very cost-effective. I like little cat here! It’s cute!

Очень понравился отель! Отличный вид на горы, тихое место, хоть и не очень далеко от центра, мы везде перемещались на машине. Во дворе есть место, чтобы припарковать свой автомобиль.
Отличный выбор на завтрак, в течение всего дня можно пить чай на кухне.
В комнате есть батареи, то есть обогревается комната не кондиционером, и можно регулировать комфортную температуру под себя.
Советую обеды/ужины заказывать тоже в отеле, повар Марина очень вкусно готовит.
Нана невероятно добрый и заботливый человек, было приятно пообщаться, и остались только очень теплые впечатления :)

Heel fijn verblijf. Moderne kamers met mooi uitzicht. De badkamer is goed in orde en een goed bed. Iets dunnere muren waardoor je je buren wel eens hoort praten. Lekker gevarieerd ontbijt met personeel die altijd voor je klaarstaan met een brede glimlach, ondanks de taalbarrière. De gastvrouw en haar personeel waren ongelofelijk lief, behulpzaam en vriendelijk, alsof het familie is. Je vertrekt hier met een hart vol liefde. Danku Nana en Marina <3

צוות חם ולבבי

Nana and the lady working in the kitchen were extremely polite and helpful. The hotel has everything you need – it's comfortable and modern. The breakfast is delicious with plenty of options to choose from. There is also a parking area for your car. The views are incredible as well. If you are staying in Mestia, this should definitely be your choice :)

The hotel was very nice, more than expected. Friendly and considerate staff, very clean and comfortable rooms, would definitely stay there again and would recommend to everyone.

Personeel: Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam maar grote taalbarrière. Wat meer moeite met vertaalapp mocht wel. Uitstap naar Ushguli voor ons geregeld.
Ontbijt: 10/10 zeer lekker en vers bereide keuzes.

I really liked it and was very satisfied. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the chef is an amazing person – Marina is the best chef! The location is perfect, and I really liked the cleanliness, so I highly recommend staying here to everyone!

Хочется выразить огромную благодарность персоналу отеля, в частности хостесу Нане и шеф-повару. Мы уже две недели путешествуем по Грузии, сменили 5 гостиниц и апартаментов и самые тёплые впечатления у нас остались именно от Латвели!
Красивые свежие номера, прекрасный вид на долину и горы, отличный завтрак в формате шведского стола. Обязательно закажите себе что-нибудь на ужин и попробуйте вина! Здесь готовят лучше, чем во многих заведениях городка, а от кахетинского вина мы остались в полном восторге.
Помимо прочего, Нана помогла организовать вылазку в Ушгули так, что машина встречала нас прямо у гостиницы.

An unforgettable stay! The hotel is set in the mountains with stunning views that take your breath away. The rooms are spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. The staff were warm and attentive, and the dining was exceptional—delicious traditional dishes prepared with state-of-the-art cooking that made every meal a real highlight. A perfect place to relax, enjoy nature, and experience true hospitality. I would gladly return!

My stay was truly memorable! Surrounded by majestic mountain views, the hotel offers both comfort and charm. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and very well equipped. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the dining experience was outstanding—authentic traditional recipes elevated with modern culinary mastery. An ideal retreat for relaxation, nature, and top-class hospitality. I would love to return!

The hotel is new, and the facilities are in good condition. The breakfast is nice, and the staff doesn't speak English but tries to answer any questions that arise.
