La taille des marches de l'escalier pour se rendre aux chambres situées à l'étage. Cela peut poser problèmes pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.
The hotel was fine. Good location and friendly staff.
I paid in advance. But when I got to the hotel, booking.com had not paid the hotel. I had to pay twice. The hotel was good, but not worth paying twice. Booking.com ripped me off and I want a refund.

ランドリーサービスを利用したのですがお値段も適正で綺麗に仕上がっていましたし、その場で作ってくれるモーニングの卵料理も美味しかったです。
お部屋もすごく広くて綺麗でシャワーもお湯がすぐに出て、冷房の効きも良くて快適に過ごせました。
場所も中心地に近く、飲食店なども側に沢山あって便利でした。
特になしですが、お部屋の階によっては階段が少し急なので、夜は手すりに掴まった方が良いかも

Hard beds .. which is very common all over SE Asia.
Everything about this place is so amazing and unique. The staff was really kind and caring. The rooms, the lobby, the restaurant and pool were immaculate. It really is a 5 star resort. We also took the cooking class and were astonished at everything we learned and love the trip to the market with the chef. I would really recommend this place to even the pickiest of guests.
We stayed at Residence wat Damnak for a nights and had a wonderful time at their place. The hotel feels more like a home with the staff going out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Most of the staff seem to know your name, room number and the plan you have for the day. The rooms are very tastefully done and the bed linen and toiletries are top notch. The breakfast is great with a small buffet spread and’s largish menu that is prepared to order. You can order as many items as you like. The restaurant serves great food for other meals too. I also used their spa and the quality of the therapist was great. Keep it up team Residence Wat Damnak team
The staff were lovely. Location is great, nearby many restaurant and attractions but still feels very quiet and the walk to the hotel is beautiful. Great, comfortable room. Access to 2 pools. Varied breakfast. Highly recommend and would definitely come back.
Not a complaint, just a fact - the hotel consists of 3 separate buildings, we were given a room at the one named Golden Banana Residence on Google Maps. It was just a 50 meter walk from reception and the building and everything was great. Breakfast is served in the 3rd building just across the street where the reception is. This was completely not a problem for us at all, but we can understand if others feel a bit confused about the set up if not informed about this when booking.
The staff were all super friendly and super sweet… they went out of their way to please me.

Zimmergröße ist ausreichend und der Balkon ist sehr schön. Auch der Pool ist eine angenehme Erfrischung.
Wlan war in Ordnung, sowie die Dusche.
Das Bett war eine reine Katastrophe. Die Federn spüre ich heute noch. Die Stufen nach oben sind auch unzumutbar.
Frühstück war sehr dürftig, auch wenn man satt wurde, war nichts besonderes dabei (außer die Eierstation).
When I arrived here, I got a warm welcome from all the staff here. I'm very surprised because this hotel is a good place for the students to learn and trend very years. When you come to this hotel, don't respect it higher. Because mostly the staff are just the students. But they will make you feel like family and friends. But
you can talk sharing and help go and back. Especially Sreynet, Him, and Phanha they will give you feel like you are the family and Best friend.
Poor family and hotel. Need to improve more. But I really like it here. I will come back with my family and friends for the next trip

Very centrally located. We loved that we could walk to so many restaurants and of course the famous Pub street. Mr Dara and Him (management) and all the staff members made our stay unforgettable. We arrived as strangers and left feeling like we were part of the family. Will definitely be back again.
