Pros:

Gentillesse du personnel. Emplacement très pratique. Petit dejeuner copieux. Chambre spacieuse.

Cons:

Nous avons été installés dans un hotel à coté de celui de la photo du site booking. Hotel moins bien: lit très dur avec matelas déformé, douche cassée et tiède, sol de la piscine avec nombreux carreaux cassés. Bien loin du décor des images du site. Pas de personnel dans ces locaux. On s est senti abandonné dans une annexe. Par contre à l accueil et au petit dejeuner le personnel est tŕès agréable. Location de scooters moins chère juste à la sortie de la rue.

Pros:

The location is good and the design is nice, even though there was not much space. The staff were very responsive, but they could not respond immediately to our request as they need to get approval from their manager.

Cons:

As it was summer, the weather was really hot and the AC was not cold enough. We had to sleep in sweat. The breakfast was not much of choice.

Nice hotel with amazing staff
Pros:

The staff was super nice. They called you by name. They greeted you each time and always checked to see if you needed anything. Easy to walk to the market areas.

Cons:

My room was a bit dark. Some people would love that but I just like the brightness in the room but didn’t want to open the windows because I wanted the ac instead!!

Absolutely stay here!
Pros:

Everything! The staff were incredible. The value for money was excellent. Him, at the front desk, really helped a lot, even helping me plan the rest of my trip in Cambodia! Scooter rental was reliable.

Quiet hiddden nook very close to everything with great rooms and exceptional staff who really look after you

Beautiful room , great location -quiet and leafy but very close to everything . So much variety of good food close by . Not in the busy part but close to the river . The staff are so friendly and helpful with everything . It’s an excellent place to stay

I think this wonderful place has only gotten better. An incredible staff, spacious rooms, a great pool, and impeccably decorated. It's in a perfect spot to get around Siem Reap, it's quiet, and always relaxing. I highly recommend Residence Wat Damnak

Will never go back to this property
Pros:

Staff was polite and friendly. Location is good, about 10-12 minutes walk from old market/pub street.

Cons:

Hugely disappointed. This property claims that they train staff on this site, I think only being polite is not enough. The room given to me had bathroom drain choked, no fridge, bathroom does not have door, have panels closing half of the area. Window blinds were fixed, operating rod/string were missing. No slippers. Later they told me that I was given wrong type of room. They moved me to another building but on second floor with very steep stairs. This room has nearly everything in description but instead of ground floor it was on 2/F. When checking out they asked me to pay for breakfast. I booked double room with breakfast for 2 but I was solo. I had to prove and argue that b/fast is included. What sort of training is given here? This is the only property I see without a door for Toilet/bathroom. Stairs are VERY STEEP. Children noise from swimming pool.

Pros:

Great stay. This is a training school, and the standards amongst staff is brilliant! Everyone was so helpful. Our room was lovely, breakfast was good, pool was clean.
I would stay again!

Pros:

This is my second time here. I always feel comfortable and friends with all the staff here. Amazing and friendly staff. They have some students who come to training here. They are very kind and always help me every time. Very highly recommend this place 😍. I will come back next year with my family. ❤️
