Muy buena alternativa
Pros:

Ubicación muy buena, personal muy amable!! Estuvimos en la piscina, muy agradable. También el restorán tenía buenas opciones.

Cons:

Nos tocó una pieza muy ruidosa. Daba a la calle y frente al desayuno am. Creo que fue mala suerte.

A charming stay with exceptional service in a great Siem Reap location.
Pros:

clean, peaceful, and centrally located near Wat Damnak, and near Pub Streets just walking 5 minutes making it very convenient to explore Siem Reap. The staff provided excellent, welcoming service throughout the stay, and the pool area offered a lovely setting to relax after a day out. And i love all the staff there, good service and good hospitality.

Cons:

Nothing major—overall it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Localisation idéale et personnel aux petits soins
Pros:

Localisation parfaite pour visiter la ville et les temples d’Angkor, nous avons apprécié la piscine, l’accueil du personnel, sa grande flexibilité et la qualité du petit déjeuner. Dara a été d’une grande aide durant tout notre séjour : réservation du pickup depuis l’aéroport puis d’une journée au Tonle Sap. Il nous a aussi préparé des boxes petit dej à emporter pour le lever du soleil.

Cons:

Il y a eu un léger changement de programme pour notre première nuit qui nous a surpris : on nous a donné une chambre de standard plus bas que notre réservation à cause d’un problème d’air conditionné. Nous avons passer les nuits suivantes dans la bonne chambre.

Totally value for money. It is a fourth time I have stayed here. Happy to go back.
Pros:

The loacation is second to none. Very short walk to pub street and tourist hotspot, but in a quiet leafy neigborhood. I love it. The staff make this place exceptional.

Cons:

The second pool is very green. I feel the breakfast is a little uninspiring, but it is delivered with such a beautiful smile every day.

Gentillesse du personnel. Emplacement très pratique. Petit dejeuner copieux. Chambre spacieuse.

Cons:

Nous avons été installés dans un hotel à coté de celui de la photo du site booking. Hotel moins bien: lit très dur avec matelas déformé, douche cassée et tiède, sol de la piscine avec nombreux carreaux cassés. Bien loin du décor des images du site. Pas de personnel dans ces locaux. On s est senti abandonné dans une annexe. Par contre à l accueil et au petit dejeuner le personnel est tŕès agréable. Location de scooters moins chère juste à la sortie de la rue.

Pros:

The location is good and the design is nice, even though there was not much space. The staff were very responsive, but they could not respond immediately to our request as they need to get approval from their manager.

Cons:

As it was summer, the weather was really hot and the AC was not cold enough. We had to sleep in sweat. The breakfast was not much of choice.

Nice hotel with amazing staff
Pros:

The staff was super nice. They called you by name. They greeted you each time and always checked to see if you needed anything. Easy to walk to the market areas.

Cons:

My room was a bit dark. Some people would love that but I just like the brightness in the room but didn’t want to open the windows because I wanted the ac instead!!

Absolutely stay here!
Pros:

Everything! The staff were incredible. The value for money was excellent. Him, at the front desk, really helped a lot, even helping me plan the rest of my trip in Cambodia! Scooter rental was reliable.
