Cons:

The hotel is quite far from both the metro and bus stops, making it inconvenient to get around.

Breakfast has several issues: many items run out very quickly and are not replenished. I had to ask multiple times just to get some water brought out.

I had requested a late check-out until 12:00 p.m., which was approved. However, despite this, the housekeeping staff entered my room at 11:30 a.m. as if nothing had been arranged.

The room was also very small and dirty. Overall, the hotel seemed quite disorganized, and the experience did not meet my expectations.

Really good hotel in Lisbon
Pros:

Great breakfast, location, very comfy beds, good sized rooms, clean. Definitely a very good choice that I would easily go back to.

Acomodação perfeita para quem quer um lugar próximo de atrações.
Pros:

O café da manhã era muito bom, simples, mas tinha de tudo. Precisamos sair antes do horário no último dia e nos preparam um lunch box. A localização era excelente, perto do Parque Eduardo VII e da Praça Marquês de Pombal, para onde dava para ir a pé. A cama e o banheiro eram muito bons.

Cons:

O tamanho do quarto era bem pequeno.
