Cons:

A-lot. Advertised as a hotel and it wasn’t. 1 single room with a tiny double bed and the tiniest bathroom i have ever used. The heat was unbearable inside with no fan, no tv and a single towel when we booked as two adults staying. Recommend it if you’re a solo traveler or single just for the night to put your head down. £135 was ridiculous for what it was

Unclean, noisy, and nothing like the pictures online.
Pros:

The house is near an underground train station, the bed was very soft and comfy, there were plenty of windows to let in fresh and cool air on a hot day, and the cleaner gave us some extra towels.

Cons:

The room was very unclean with dead bugs and stains in the cupboards, hairs in the bathroom and on the cat blanket covering the bed, and dusty/grimey windows/skirting/sink etc., I would never go back because it was that bad. Other disappointing things were: we could hear conversations at speaking volume through the walls and in the hallway (even though the room listed sound-proofed walls), the room didn't have lots of the facilities that were listed on it's details page (no tv, soundproofing, fridge, microwave, toaster, hairdryer, or even a view, and lots more), the room looked nothing like what's advertised in the pictures (it's less clean, and more dingy), and there was only one towel laid out on the bed (when two of us were staying in the room).

There was only one bath towel,no microoven ,n no TV ,is this kind of ,joke in description,No clean linen,it was like shit,kettle is rusty,pls give customers good value for money

perfect place for a stop over
Pros:

place was quiet, clean beds were comfortable. some treats and coffee in the room was a bonus. Bathroom was small, however clean and everything worked.

Cons:

shower head kept swinging down, maintenance man needs to have a look at that.

Concerning & Disappointing stay
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

I was surprised to find that the complimentary snacks and cake in the room were expired which was quite off-putting. This raises serious health risks including potential food poisoning and shows a worrying lack of attention to guest care. On top of that, the toilet door wouldn’t close or lock properly and there was a leak from the bathroom ceiling. While the location was good, these issues made our stay uncomfortable & concerning. I hope the hotel takes this seriously for the safety of future guests.
