Was great stay i would stay again but ask for ground floor
Pros:

Lovely and clean and big

Cons:

We was kept awake by very noisey residents that was above us arguing every night
Also there is no lift and i have fibromyalgia and those 3 flights of double stairs killed me

Was ok,, It served its purpose for me but probably would NEVER return here
Pros:

Honestly the staff are just so good at making sure you’re ok & happy.. I also liked our pool room which had lots of space..

Cons:

The cleanliness it could have been so much better, I left our room clean everyday so cleaner only had to do bed linen & floors.. Well the floors was done but parts left where she hadn’t paid attention to, like pulling out kitchen table & chairs. Many corners was skipped 🙈 & the fact I had to argue about my breakfast being included in the price.. 4 days out of 7 we had to have it sorted & still I was charged for coffee with my breakfast even though “Breakfast was Included”
