Convient location. Staff were really friendly and let us check in early.
Bed were abit lumpy. Bathroom door had no lock on but nothing major.
The hotel is very quirky, has a stunning garden for chilling and eating, staff were lovely too really can't fault it
Extremely noisy floor boards, person staying above me was walking around constantly until about 2am, the bar is open to the public so people were in and out all evening standing outside smoking, shouting and taking extremely loud, my room was at the front right by it. Then a few people were staying in the hotel came up to the rooms and were shouting and being so loud in the hall ways and then could hear them in the room until about 3am so overall my sleep was shocking and it felt worse as I was staying at the hotel as I had an operation booked for the Stanmore hospital and needed to be there for 7am and as I live in Kent it was easier to be up the road rather then travel that early from Kent.
Again il emphasise the hotel was lovely, but just a bit noisy
very good location, pleasant and helpful staff, good service, clean room and equipment
I have no complaints
Nice, quaint hotel near underground station for easy transport links. Very friendly owner. Lovely courtyard restaurant at the back. Rooms well equipped. Breakfast was a bonus as not expecting it and the owner couldn't have been more welcoming. He kindly kept the coffee coming along with breakfast pastries.
It was very hot and although a fan was provided on request, air con would have been better. I understand not all UK hotels have this though. Rooms a little tired but clean. It was a reasonably priced one night stopover though and exceeded my expectations.
The most unusual and unique place I have ever stayed at
Owner so full of surprises, parrot, grand piano and hours of features to look at
Needed a few final touch ups in the room, a few things could do with a freshen up
The room was OK but probably wasn't worth £86 for the quality and the location and overall appearance of the facility.
Squeaky floors and the bathroom is not noise proof if you know what you mean. So suggest your partner turning the tv on while you are in the bathroom otherwise your relationship will never be the same again.
Staff members friendly, room neat, spacious.
Not sure
Bad
The staff were all most welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. It is great that it is a family concern.
The food from the restaurant was first class, authentic and delicious 😋 and hotel guests get a discount.
Walking distance from tube station, so easy to get into Central London but also local taxi firms nearby and Ubers.
Staff
Location was good
Clean rooms
Visiting the Royal Orthopedic Hospital. Stayed at the Maddona Haley 3 times. It is close to train/bus station. Friendly staff could not be more helpful. Very colourful and lively back garden/restaurant/bar with music. Was even given a lift to the hospital each time I stayed. Comfy beds (stayed in 3 different rooms), tea and coffee in the room and free coffee and pastries in the morning. Would definitley stay again if my partner has to go back to Stanmore.
Can think of anything!!
