Convenient, parking, near Wembley, easy check in and out, good for price
Old building but still good
Convenient location, helpful staff.
it was amazing and gorgeous i would highly rate going this place in between everything !
The staff were very friendly , there was a cute old guy that makes his own pastries in the morning and they’re delicious!! It was in a great location not far from Wembley
Hotel was in a perfect location for getting to Wembley for a concert! Easy reach of 2 different tube stops and bus stop right outside.
On arrival had to look for someone to check us in, there is no actual reception desk.
We were there in the heatwave so room was exceptionally hot, one window which looked straight on to a wall wouldnt close and no others would open! The view from the window was a conservatory type roof that was tapped together!!
Asked of we could have an extra fan to be told no.
The stair case up to room was very dated with a very old carpet.
Asked house keeper if they had an iron I could borrow as room had an ironing table, she brought me one with a 2 pin plug!
The water pressure in the shower is terrible.
The bathroom door didnt lock.
The TV didnt work!
The headboard was not attached to bed.
The rug was 'duct taped' to floor.
Room 201.
Once returning to hotel, went and got 2 glasses of coke and a glass of wine to be taking to room, told we had 25% discount for staying - when looking at menu in room, we were overcharged all 3 drinks!
Went down for 'complimentary ' breakfast of pastries in the morning, eventually finding someone, we came across a man who.said he'd fix us up something, when he served us our pastries he had dirt all under his nails and had almost like working boots on! Not the best look but being complimentary, that was ok. When checking out we had to search again for someone to give keys to! Also feel it was far too hot for the parrot they had to be in the bar area.
We arrived early and the staff were able to get us checked in without any issues, they offered us drinks whilst we waited and were very helpful and pleasant. The rooms were spacious, we had plenty tea/ coffee which was great and the shower was lovely. You’re no further than a 10 minute walk for a train/ tube station, you’re 8 mins on a train from Wembley, and 30 mins from King’s Cross. It is good value for money
The area can be a bit sketchy at night especially with there being a bar in the hotel, but not something that would put me off staying here again
Great cleanliness, comfortable bed and easy enough access to Wembley which was the purpose of our trip. We didn’t use the bar/garden/restaurant facilities but they looked really nice.
Main road outside the property is very busy at all hours so was noisy as our room was on the front of the property. Parking is not as described, you are told to park on the drive at a neighbouring property if available. The hot water tap for the sink and hot water in the shower did not work in our room and we could not find staff members early in the morning before we needed to leave to ask about this. The shower door was also hanging off the rail. Also could not get the fan provided to work, it had been a hot day and the room was hot. The fire alarm was taped up which made us question the safety of it.
Great price, very clean, very spacious and attractive room with everything you need, friendly host. Good location if wanting to travel to Wembley.
Desperately needs something to combat the heat, there was no AC which is understandable but also no fan which is unpleasant. Because of the lack of fan we had to open all the windows which meant constant noise from outside making it hard to sleep along with the heat. Walls were also very thin and we could unfortunately hear neighbours quite often.
Great location for a gig at Wembley Stadium (5 minute walk to Canons Park tube station) Took 10 minutes to the stadium.
The hotel was very quirky and the staff helpful.
Overall this was value for money due to the location (plenty of shops around also) and would return again if I were to go to another gig at Wembley
The rooms could do with a little TLC but was satisfactory (the fan was much appreciated with the hot weather we're having)
The bed is pretty uncomfortable i have to say as well.
The room was quite noisy as it backed onto the Sheesha lounge outside which I wasn't aware of when booking but it didn't bother us, as we were only staying for 1 night
Rooms were clean, modern and the hotel is a good link on the Jubilee Line, 3 stops to Wembley Park. I also liked the complimentary coffee and pastries in the morning, which we had in the garden area. Would stay again if I am in London
can't fault anything as was good value for money.
The location was great, staff friendly and welcoming & the restaurant/ bar area is an absolute bonus
There was nothing I didn’t like
Very unique outdoor area! Beautifully done✨
There was nothing not to like
The stay was great very friendly staff clean rooms and a cool garden/lounge space with a bar.We used this hotel as a base for a concert at wemberly.Bus stop outside the hotel up to the nearest tube station which was great.
