Grand Prestige Hotel

Manglende havemøbler på altanen og elendigt vandtryk og temperaturregulering i bruser på badeværelse. Manglende service i køkkenskabene. Noget så enkelt som et par ekstra toiletruller, en flaske opvaskemiddel og en opvaskebørste havde været godt. Ingen brødrister og ingen el-koger.
Fin pool, men irriterende, at man ikke må svømme i den før 9.30.

Pool area very shaded . Basic hotel but pleasant

Room was not as advertised, was dirty and very outdated. A/C leaked more than once onto electrics below. Only 10 sun-beds for 30 or more guests. Areas were dirty around pool. Sun-beds were old and worn. Shower leaked at every join and randomly went freezing cold to boiling hot whilst using.
It was such a shame as I had been really looking forward to my holiday but this place ruined it to the point we contemplated coming home early.

No kettle,toaster,knives. New bedding really needed and new pillows. No broom or anything to clean apartment which was only cleaned once in 7 days by host. No sink plugs. All a bit tired.

Les photos ne reflètent pas du tout la réalité. En fait la chambre est toute petite, la salle de bain toilettes minuscule.
Le lit n'est pas des plus confortable, et la couverture du lit double toute petite pas de quoi couvrir 2 personnes.
Le personnel n'est pas du tout accueillant ni aimable

Номер уставший. Надо быть готовым к тому, что в каждой комнате есть кондиционер но от одного кондиционера пульт дадут, а второй кондиционер за дополнительную плату, и пульта от второго кондиционера нет, он у владельца и он его даёт за отдельную плату за каждый день. Первый раз сталкиваюсь с таким. Жадность и глупость на мой взгляд!

Arrived at 2am, was shown to our apartment and found that there was no toilet paper, no bottled water. The kitchenette is very lacking in way of cutlery and crockery, and pots. However the worst for me was the total lack of wifi in the apartment.

Needs to be lot cleaner around the pool area

The lack of sunbeds was a biggie for us.

There was no kettle in the room.

The property was unfortunately not cleaned very well before our arrival and I bought cleaning products from the supermarket and spent a bit of time cleaning on the first day to get it feeling ok. After that it was fine though and we had a pleasant stay.

Very basic apartment , no kettle , no toaster , very few dishes , poor fridge, noisy neighbours

Small pool, rude staff, would not let children play in the pool during day time hours as they said they were too loud which was beyond my comprehension as they were aware it was a booking for a large family including 10 young children aged between 3-10. I don’t understand why the booking was accepted if the children were expected to sit in silence! Ruined our whole holiday as we wanted to have a relaxed few days at the apartment but since kids couldn’t play we had to take them to Marmaris and Fethiye so they could enjoy the aqua parks there instead and this was very costly! The apartments were also self catering but staff did not collect any rubbish through the 6 days we were there and we only had a tiny bin in the kitchen which would get full daily. The kitchen also did not provide us with utensils required for cooking apart from 1 frying pan and a few plates and cracked glasses in 1 apartment- the other 2 apartments did not even have any pots so fail to understand how we were supposed to cook. Forks were present but no other cutlery. Very disappointed with our stay and had we not taken our families out our whole holiday would’ve been ruined.
