Good and value for money
Pros:

All the Staff were great and helpful, all of them were very nice and friendly
The Location was good, near to Taksim square a lot of supermarkets around the hotel

Cons:

One day there was no water in the whole street and we couldn’t use the Toilet or take a shower, but it was a global issue not from the hotel

Good location

Cons:

The bathroom was not clean and looked like it hadn't even been cleaned. The room was decent.
And even the lock was broken and you had to try a hundred times to get it open every time.
The street looked somewhat shady, but anyway there were people around all the time and it was very close to Taksim Square.

كنت أبحث عن مكان دافئ يحتضن سفري، لم أكن أريد فنادق تجارية جافة ولا أبحث عن مجرد خدمات، بل كنت أطمح لمكان يمنحني دفء البيت وأمان عائلتي، حيث أستشعر السكينة والطمأنينة طوال أيام إقامتي العشرة. كانت هذه تجربتي الأولى في السفر بمفردي كفتاة دون عائلتي، وكان قرار اختيار مكان الإقامة مسؤولية كبيرة بالنسبة لي، لكن هذا الفندق كان بحق بيتي الثاني؛ عشت فيه برغد وراحة بال، وكان والداي في غاية الاطمئنان عليّ.

​استمتعت كثيراً بموقع الفندق القابع بين الأزقة القديمة والدافئة، في منطقة تنبض بالحياة ليلاً ونهاراً. وما أسعدني حقاً واهتموا به للمسلمين هو وجود "شطّاف" في الحمام، وهو تفصيل نادراً ما تجده ويراعي الطهارة التي تهمنا كثيراً، كما يمكنك السؤال عن اتجاه القبلة حيث تبين أنه باتجاه جامع تقسيم.

​أودّ أن أشكر من القلب السيد قادير الذي نسّق لي سائقاً لنقلي قبل وصولي وكان بمثابة أخ رائع، وداوود اللطيف جداً كأخي الصغير، وسيدة التنظيف الطيبة والأمينة للغاية.. طاقم العمل بأكمله أكثر من رائع! أنصحكم بالإقامة فيه وبقوة؛ ففي السفر لا يهم الموقع أو الخدمات بقدر ما يهمك الأمان والإحترام، وهذا ما وجدته هنا تماماً.


I was looking for a warm place to stay—I didn't want cold, commercial hotels, nor was I looking for basic amenities. What I truly wanted was a place that felt like home, giving me the same warmth, safety, and peace of mind as being with my family throughout my ten-day stay.
This was my first time traveling alone as a young woman without my family, so choosing where to stay was a big responsibility. However, this hotel truly felt like my home away from home. I was completely comfortable, and my parents were so relieved and at ease. I thoroughly enjoyed the location, nestled in warm, historic alleys in an area that stays vibrant day and night. A deeply appreciated detail for Muslim guests is the presence of a bidet attachment (shattaf) in the bathroom—a rare find that respects the cleanliness so important to us. You can also easily ask about the Qibla direction, which faces the Taksim Mosque.
