Séjour agréable mais propreté à améliorer
Pros:

Globalement, le séjour s’est bien passé. Le personnel est très aimable, accueillant et toujours prêt à aider, ce qui est vraiment appréciable.

Cons:

Custo benefício baixo mas para 2 noites é aceitável

Cons:

Se você optar pelo quarto quádruplo e tiver mais que 1,50 metros de altura, não vá! O quarto tem um rebaixamento no teto porque está no último andar. Eu tenho 1,72 metros de altura e bati a cabeça no teto inúmeras vezes.
Não tinha toalha de chão nos banheiros, os chuveiros alagam os banheiros, e nem toalhas de rosto, o quarto não estava limpo quando chegamos, havia cabelo no banheiro. As toalhas de banho são ruins. O banheiro tem cheiro de esgoto.
Não há amenidades, apenas shampoo.
O barulho dos hóspedes ao lado é insuportável, porque não há insonorizarão dentro do hotel.

Por ser próximo ao telhado, um gato teve filhotes e eles miaram a noite toda. Acontece em Istambul!

A rua ao redor é um pouco suja com lixo espalhado.

Un invité dans la chambre ruine nos vacances
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé proche de la place Taksim (5min à pieds) et dans une ruelle sympathique. Le personnel était très gentil et la chambre était spacieuse et lumineuse.

Cons:

Les lits sont très durs et vraiment pas confortables. Malheureusement, la nuit avant notre départ nous avons vu un cafard se balader dans notre chambre avant que le receptionniste ne vienne le tuer. Ils ne nous ont pas changé notre chambre et nous avons dû passer la nuit dans la chambre. Bien que l'hôtel ait des points positifs il m'est impossible de lui accorder une meilleure note et j'en suis désolé.

Pros:

The location is great, safe to walk at night, the staff extremely nice and the room was ok for the price. We were always asked by the staff if we need anything and they let us keep our luggage at the reception even though we already done the check out.

Cons:

The bathroom needs to be renovated and better cleaned. As a woman it was difficult to use the bathroom.
