La tranquilidad y confort de sus habitaciones
El lugar es tranquilo, limpio y agradable.

Ça aurait pu être parfait (10) a 2 détails près ..Le bruit important du frigidaire et la mauvaise isolation phonique des murs ( on entend bien la télévision des chambres voisines).
La dame se la réception est exceptionnelle.
Cuisine très bien pour préparer ses repas ( appréciable vu le prix des restaurants en ville)
Mise a disposition d'eau potable.

Rooms are great to stay.
The staff was very friendly common areas very clean. Pool and plantings all around the property were amazing. Great view from our room and common areas. Room was very spacious and had everything you need to cook a meal.
Could use a couple more pan options to compliment the full-size stove top but that was also able to be worked around

This was the second time we stayed there. As everything evolves, this place did not exceed our expectations this time like it did last time, but we were still very happy to be there. The staff is just incredible! Their kindness and their ability to accommodate is wonderful. The pool and hot tub was fantastic. The room is large and the kitchen is great.
The pictures are not as accurate anymore as some buildings that have newly been built are obstructing the water views. Our room smelled a little musky of mold underneath the kitchen sink and besides airing it out, there was nothing we could do. This did affect our four-year-old daughter’s asthma but overall was still a great place. The place was nevertheless clean. The beds are not very comfortable, and the noises coming from the neighboring units is not well insulated. We also did not like the charge for the one hour extended checkout time ($21CAD).

Unpaved road to the hotel. Located on a very stiff hill. Can't get there without a car.

Location is hilly. No food. Not walkable.
Poor road conditions to and from.
The suites are large & very comfortable. Irma & the rest of the staff are why we keep coming back.
