Superb
Pros:

Great, safe, quiet, clean and with a nice (community) swimming pool. Out of the city center, so you need transportation to get around. It works like a shared apartment, I was lucky to be the only guest at the time.

Cons:

The balcony that can be seen in the pictures can just be accessed by one of the rooms.

Customer service is not reliable
Pros:

The pool is quite large so you can swim and has a small children's area. There is a sports field on site. The kitchen is well equipped except for the missing pots. The price is okay. If the service improves significantly (!), it can become a good place to stay.

Cons:

The customer service (only available via WhatsApp) was rude and threatening. We covered the camera that is in the common room for privacy reasons (we were the only ones in the apartment). We were then threatened that they would collect the rent for the entire apartment (two additional rooms) from us!

There is a camera in the common room that points to the bathroom and kitchen and is controlled externally.

The directions to find the apartment are not sufficient and the security staff on site sent us to the wrong building. (It's the second block on the left). When I reported this to customer service, I was accused of being incompetent.

There are only several pans in the kitchen. No pots.

There are lots of ants in the kitchen. Don't leave your plates unattended.

The cost of losing a towel was $55 in the first customer service message and $75 in the last message.

There is a major security risk with the door locks, which I reported to customer service in a private message.

The apartment with the three rented rooms is located in a large complex. The pool is therefore shared with a lot of people. That doesn't come across in the description.

One day the shower had too low water pressure, so showering was not possible.

Contrary to the description, there was no daily cleaning. Upon request, some of the sand that was on the floor from the previous tenant was removed. The cleaning agent left the floor and kitchen surface with a lubricating film, so we always slipped when we walked barefoot.

The room is spartan and the bed is quite small for two people.

Great festival location with lovely pool, small accomodation
Pros:

Property was in a great location for the Zamna festival, had a nice large community pool, shared facilities were nice.

Cons:

Very isolated area only a couple restauraunts and a 7-11 around. Room and bathroom very small, no room clean when we were there for 8 days, overflowing bins and lots of ants prior to bin overflowing.

Good value for money, but far from Tulum
Pros:

The condominium is very new and safe.
The wifi speed is very good.
The fridge is big and you have everything you need in the kitchen.
Quick response from the "hostess" (that's what they call themselves).
Never had a problem with the hot water.
Water for the toilet wasn't working.
There is a 7 eleven very close to the condominium.

Cons:

From the booking description, I didn't understand that it is a room in a shared apartment. There are 3 rooms, and the kitchen and dining space are shared.
We knew that Aldea Zamna isn't in Tulum, but just be aware of it.
The bed is uncomfortable, and the sheets had a large yellow stain. I messaged the hostess regarding the problem, and they told us it is clean and it's just a stain, and also how to get a new sheet and change it. The new sheet also had a yellow stain.
The bathroom is very small, and the sink is in the room.
The common pool is nice and clean.

Clean and good value but noise (from other guests) can be an issue for you
Pros:

It is accessible at any time and clean. If you get a car the. It is a good place.

Cons:

You can hear the noise of other guests. Specially if you other guests wake up early and start talking and making noise.

stay closer to hotel zone. Washing machine should not be inaccessible.

Room was attractive and cool.
