1-2 Days is fine, the Owner is helpful.
Pros:

The stay was just decent, there are other better properties at this price.

Solo travel
Pros:

Room is okay. Just had the basics. Nothing like a usual hotel. Covered car parking available inside. AC available. Water heater available but not connected to the shower.
The room is good for families of 4-5 who are just looking for the basic stuff.
However the place was very clean and hygienic. There was calm and peace around. Tv was there. The bathroom was clean. Geyser was good.

Cons:

No hot shower, no tables or chairs just a bed, no kettle for tea etc. No cloth hangers or cupboards for the same.
No good blankets, they have those yellow blankets which are used in cheap lodges. Used soaps were kept back inside cover as toiletries instead of new ones.
I had booked a three room suite though I was alone. Had asked the manager to keep the same ready. However after reaching he asked me to wait for 30 min and changed my room to a two room suite after I agreed. But this could've happened during the initial phone call itself instead of making me wait after I reach the location in the night.
The room mirror was just okay and the handwash could have been cleaner.

Service very bad

Cons:

They treat us very bad. After reaching there in front of hotel, we don't have room to sleep at 1 am .it was very bad. Later we didn't get a room in that city. So I can give only a poor rate.

IT WAS NOT A HOTEL AT ALL IT IS AN APARTMENT AND THE RATES FOR THE STAY ISN'T MATCHING.
THE STAY FOR ONE NIGHT IS 2430 IT IS MORE FOR AN APARTMENT IN SHOLAPUR.

WORST FACT IS BOOKING .COM NEVER CROSS VERIFIES AND INCLUDES IT AS A STAY HOTEL .
I SLOWLY START TO LOOSE THE FAITH ON BOOKING.COM

Spacious rooms at affordable price

Restaurants and Market at walkable distance.

Pros:

Overall the apartment was clean. The bathroom has water heaters. Hot water was available whenever needed.

Cons:

There was no one to provide service except a watchman who just showed us the facility. The air conditioner looked new but was not working properly. The power points were placed so high in the walls there was absolutely no way anyone could charge the mobile phone. The charges were per head but things like bathing towels and soaps etc were provided only for two.
