Alojamiento muy tranquilo, se estaba muy a gusto familiar y muy buena atención del personal

Cons:

Mencionar especialmente a Sol la camarera de Chiclana (Cádiz) nos trató y nos hizo sentir muy bien, con un trato cercano y muy amable.

Sehr gutes Hotel für einen Badeurlaub
Pros:

Das Personal war jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Zimmer wurden zu unterschiedlichen Tageszeiten gereinigt, was für uns jedoch überhaupt kein Problem darstellte.
Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, da es sich direkt am Strand befindet. Die meisten Restaurants, Geschäfte und weiteren Hotels liegen allerdings oberhalb auf dem Hügel. Diese erreicht man entweder zu Fuss über die Strasse oder eine steile Treppe oder bequem mit dem Auto.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war recht gross und wurde laufend aufgefüllt. Besonders die Säfte haben uns überzeugt. Sie schmeckten wie frisch gepresst.
Auch der Poolbereich ist sehr gepflegt und in der Regel nicht überfüllt. Leider gibt es vereinzelt Gäste, die ihre Liegen den ganzen Tag reservieren und diese dann über längere Zeit ungenutzt lassen.
Der Strand ist wunderschön, in der Hochsaison jedoch entsprechend gut besucht. Es gibt einen Bereich mit mietbaren Liegen und fest installierten Sonnenschirmen (20 Euro für zwei Liegen und einen Sonnenschirm).
Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie, insbesondere in der Hochsaison.

Cons:

Die Parkplätze sind in der Hochsaison zwischen ca. 10.30 und 16.00 Uhr meist stark ausgelastet. Am Morgen sowie am Abend findet man jedoch problemlos einen Parkplatz. Bei den noch bekannteren Stränden muss man in der Hochsaison schon vor 8.00h vor Ort sein um überhaupt noch einen freien Parkplatz zu erhalten. Fast alle Zimmer sind in Richtung Parkplatz ausgerichtet und bieten keine direkte Sicht auf das Meer.
Der einzig wirklich relevante Kritikpunkt war die Klimaanlage. Leider liess sich die Temperatur in unserem Zimmer nicht regulieren. Entweder kühlte sie den Raum sehr stark herunter oder wir mussten sie ganz ausschalten.

Went beyond my expectation and loved the mordern clean comfort hotel, with fabulous food and excellent staff.
Pros:

Gorgeous, clean and comfortable hotel. Lovely location, excellent service. Staff were all above and beyond brilliant service.

Cons:

More transport options to the town above.
More children’s options on the menu

Pros:

The staff were so friendly and personable. The room was spacious, comfortable and kept clean by housekeeping. The pool was lovely. I believe the hotel was fully booked during our stay, but still there was so much space at the pool and you'd never feel crowded there. Was so lovely, and would love to be back.

Cons:

The restaurant was quite expensive, and the town close, but up on top of a steep hill so it's quite a trek to get to some lunch/dinner spots.
