Bed and pillows, very hard bed. I had a back pain everyday if you can’t change the mattress a least use good quality pillows.

Pros:

Ottima posizione della struttura, vicinissima alla spiaggia di Cala en Porter. Offre una bellissima terrazza con vista mare.

Cons:

I servizi offerti dalla struttura non sono stati soddisfacenti e parte dello staff è risultato poco cortese. La pulizia della camera veniva effettuata nel tardo pomeriggio e un giorno hanno saltato la pulizia della nostra stanza. Dopo averlo segnalato alla receptionist ci è stato comunicato che il servizio pulizia non era più disponibile e solo dopo la nostra richiesta ci ha consegnato degli asciugamani nuovi e puliti, insieme a un rotolo di carta igienica già utilizzato.
La colazione a buffet era molto limitata e con poca scelta, in particolare di dolci.

Café da manhã muito bom, quarto amplo, com localização excelente a passos da praia. Equipe solicita e restaurante muito agradável.

Hôtel plutôt sympa.bien situé par rapport à l aéroport.
Facilités pour visiter la partie est de l île.
Bon rapport qualité /prix

Cons:

Juste le bruit sur la terrasse le matin.

La ubicación es excelente y hay un párking gratuito enfrente del hotel. El personal, tanto el de recepción como los camareros, es muy amable y el restaurante también me pareció estupendo. Me encantaron los mejillones.
