warm, welcoming and delightful
Pros:

a delightful boutique hotel with lovely, friendly staff who made us feel very welcome

Cons:

only minor whinge was the lack of a bedside charging dock - a first world problem I know :)

Lovely little hotel 5 mins away from the centre!
Pros:

Super friendly and helpful staff! The location is fantastic, central with many little local restaurants around!

Cons:

The rooms are really humid… when the dehumidifier is off it gets uncomfortable.

Ottima struttura per soggiorno a Kyoto.
Camera super confortevole e colazione ottima in camera.
Offrono servizio lavanderia, ma di fronte c’è una self-service funzionante.

Hôtel idéal pour visiter Kyoto, proche de la perfection !
Pros:

- l’emplacement idéal en plein cœur de la ville et proche de tout
- le confort de l’hôtel dans un bâtiment charmant avec une laverie en face
- le personnel aux petits soins
- la literie et les équipements en général très qualitatifs

Cons:

- le petit déjeuner, répétitif et pas toujours complet (il manquait tous les jours quelque chose sur nos plateaux)
-la lumière automatique dans les toilettes (pas terrible en pleine nuit)
- la lumière extracteur de fumée pile au dessus du lit

Pros:

Relatively small hotel with excellent location. Breakfast could be improved (it's served either in the lobby a bit awkwardly on the sofas, or in the room) but was good, and everything else was great. The staff was very friendly, the room was nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe der Haupteinkaufsstraße von Kyoto und vielen Restaurants in der Nähe,

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind gefühlt kleiner als angegeben.
Es gibt Frühstück aber keinen Frühstücksraum. Man muss entweder in der kleinen Lobby essen oder auf dem Zimmer - was in dem kleinen Zimmer sehr sehr unkomfortabel war.
Das Ganze für einen sehr hohen Preis. Nicht toll!
