Perfect gem
Pros:

Luxurious room with amazing bathroom, located close from metro, we loved the quiet streets for short walks to the shrines. Stayed here for the festival and found some great restaurants.
Breakfast in the room was delicuous.

Cons:

Hard to think of anything. We did walk past tge place when looking for it, thinkibg it was a nice bar we might visit, so when we returned to get our bearings out of the heat, imagine our surprise to find we were already there

Kleines Hotel an sehr guter Lage (nahe öV, zentral). Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer schön und praktisch eingerichtet mit guter Grösse.

Уборка в видимых местах хорошая, чистая душевая, чистое пастельное белье

Cons:

Уборка в невидимых местах отсутствует, слой пыли под кроватью, в углу лежали использованные трусы, возможно от предыдущих гостей и это было неприятно.
На диване были чужие волосы, убрала эти поверхности сама
Завтрак однообразный, по моему мнению не сытный.

המיטות נוחות מאוד ויתנו לכם את המנוחה שתצטרכו בסוף היום ולקראת היום שאחריו
רענון וניקיון החדר בבקרים ראוי לשבח.
הצוות מדהים החל ממנהל המלון אנשי הקבלה והברמנים, הצוות אדיב ומקצועי, קשוב לכל שאלה או בעיה שתעלה. הם ידעו גם להמליץ "מעבר" למה שתמצאו ברשתות החברתיות ושמובן מאליו כשבאים לקיוטו. היינו משפחה ב2 חדרים שונים והתיאור נכון לשניהם. מומלץ בחום.

Tout était parfait .c était très professionnel .

Tous les matins on était réveillé à une certaine heure pour pouvoir déjeuner dans le lobby car il n y pas de salle de restauration . Le dernier jour , on n’a pas été réveillé à la bonne heure . C est un raté pas méchant .

If I come to Kyoto again, that hotel will be my stay.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly (particularly Miss Reetu, a special thanks for her), the location was perfect, the dimensions of the room was very good. Our breakfast was served at our room. Daily cleaning.
