Great value for money
Pros:

TL;DR: Great value for money. Some reviewers expect too much for the price. In reality, this is one of the most optimal options in the center.
- Location: The hotel is in the center of the European side. There's a small, lovely park (Şairler Sofası Parkı) nearby, plus plenty of cafés and markets (Şok, CarrefourSA, Valideçeşme Market, etc.). Dolmabahçe Sarayı is 10-15 minutes away. You can reach the sea and the ferry port in 5 minutes for ferries to the Princes' Islands or other parts of the city (in case you don't want to take a taxi or bus).
- Street-noise-free: Because the hotel is on a side street, there's no street noise.
- Independence: You get the room key, and no one bothers you at all since then. We hardly saw anyone besides the cleaner. It felt like living in your own flat with neighbors you rarely meet. The building entrance uses a common passcode, and each room has its own intercom.
- Support: Despite the independence, the owner replied to our questions very quickly. We were allowed to leave our luggage both before check-in and after check-out until our flight.
- Room: We stayed on the first floor. The room was clean and comfortable. I'm not sure why there are comments about small rooms/bathrooms - ours were quite spacious. The fridge worked well for food and drinks. We used the air conditioner occasionally; it worked fine as well. There was also a coffee table, an electric kettle, glasses, teaspoons, water, sugar, and tea. The wardrobe had a safe for valuables.
- Shower: Special mention 'cause it was really cool! Water temperature and pressure were just perfect!

- Breakfast: We didn’t try it, but the menu looked good.
- TV: It worked, but we didn’t check the channels - c'mon, you’re in Istanbul, go explore!
- Books: There was a coffee table with books in the entrance hall. We didn’t have time to read, but it’s a nice touch.

Cons:

- Noise (inside the hotel): It wasn't an issue for us because other guests were quiet, but if you're unlucky, it might be a bit noisy.
- Wi-Fi: It worked, but it was a little slow.

An experience I could have done without
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

Was very poor, basement room. With laminate flooring that had damage on it. Fridge was noisy so had to switch of and it then defrosted with a huge pool of water on the floor. Tap in bathroom was leaking and spraying water everywhere, cabinet had damage and wouldn’t put anything in/on there in case of mould. No hot water so two days of cold shower

Nicest Staff !
Pros:

I like the location cause it‘s not too far from the PearsonVue Center. The staff was so nice and approachable. He replied to all my queries and storing my luggages while waiting for my flight. The room itself was comfortable.

Cons:

The noise at night. Other than that, I am satisfied.

Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location right next to the city center. You can walk to public transportation and the ferry in just a few minutes, which is super convenient! Even though it's right in the middle of the city, the hotel is nestled on a peaceful and quiet street, so you'll never be bothered by noise. The rooms are well-equipped and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The heating and cooling systems work like a dream, ensuring your comfort at all times. There are plenty of nice restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, making life easy. The staff is incredibly friendly and always goes above and beyond to help you.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing!
