Very helpful, mindful and caring host.
Quite low noise in the area (cul de sac street)

Reading lights next to the bed very comfortable

Cons:

Strong smell of mold and its presence on the sink in the bathroom.
Centrally steered heating (extremely hot in the room), no self-regulation or turning off possible - remember to let the host know if the temperature is ok for you right away as its takes time to adjust it.
Movement-induced lights in the corridor and outside the building facing our windows.
Very small room.

Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Convenient location in Seoul to many sightseeing locations. Good amenities for travel on budget. Plenty of food available close by. Short walk from subway station. Wifi had good service. Shower was hot. Staff member came out to the street and helped with bags on arrival. It is a bit tricky to find as we were coming the opposite way from the pics on website, but phone call to staff sorted it out quickly.
