Когда бронировала, писала комментарий о том, что мне бы хотелось тихий номер, мне отвечали сотрудники отеля по Букингу о том, что "хорошо, учтём ваши пожелания", но к сожалению они скорее всего забыли об этом и было шумно. Рядом жили очень шумные соседи, громко смеялись, разговаривали, хлопали дверями, да ещё музыку играла с улицы, рядом находилась другая организация - сауна. В итоге я не выспалась. Мне важна тишина, и она была нарушена.

Pros:

Заселили раньше времени, по выселении разрешили оставить чемоданы в камере хранения до вечера. Красиво, стильно, приветливый персонал. Браво, "Лион"!

Pros:

Отельный интерьер в моем любимом стиле ! Работники отеля очень ко муникабельные и клиентоориентированные ! Есть спа , бассейны, рестораны , большие номера и уютные лобби на кажд этаже и можно в любой момент сам в е погладить ! Туалетн принадл тоже норм качества ! Завтраки добротные ! И рядом есть много где можно и вкусно поесть ! Меня не устроили кое какие мо енты и мне поменяли номер после чего я осталась еще на один день ! Из окна открывался прекрасный вид на дорогу и Астана тв ! Всем довольна !

Cons:

Не понравилось то что туда нет ветки лрт и мне было накладно ездить на такси и так как я турист то в е интересное на Левом берегу и лрт тоже а так если у кого то дела на Правом и тд отель хороший
