Pros:

Had a really pleasant stay at Park House. The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and very responsive throughout the visit. Check-in was smooth and the location was convenient for getting around Leicester. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything needed for a short stay. The property felt safe and quiet, and overall it offered great value for money. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to others visiting the area.

Excellent value, homely and cosy!
Pros:

Cosy, clean, smelt amazing, the owner was very friendly and accommodating despite me booking last minute and late. Bottle of water and coffee in the room were a lovely touch. Excellent value

Welcoming, Friendly & Comfortable Stay with good value for money - well definitely be back

The hosts were extremely welcoming and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and kitchen facilities were good so I was able to cook and had lovely outdoor garden space.

A very comfortable , and relaxing overnight stay.. thanks Alex and Michael..
Pros:

Alex and Michael , were both great hosts, the bedroom was 5 star .. and with all the facilities you could wish for on an overnight stay..
The house attention to little details, coffee , tea , and breakfast cereals etc..
