Cons:

Bathroom floor was dirty. Toilet did not work properly. Refrigerator was not cold when we arrived.pieces of hair all over. Just overall cleanliness was not up to par for the room. Kudos to the manager for refunding my money.

Everything was clean and comfortable with wonderful staff.

Beth did an excellent job of helping us. She set us up with an early arrival so we could change before my reunion started. she was friendly and efficient throughout our stay.
