Very disappointing !! Needs drastic overhauling
Pros:

Very dated interior, dirty linen/bed sheets/chairs, lot of dust and dirt in room, basin was clogged, broken hangers in wardrobe, untrained and casual approach by staff, the list is long ……
Would never stay there again.

Room was dirty, food was ok, male staffs were ok…female staffs were rude

Receptionist male was ok….female staff was rude though

Cons:

I asked them to arrange a cab for me…the cab driver didn’t switched on the a.c even when the temperature was high in Haridwar then….also the cab driver went away with keys so that I would not be able to use the a.c
