Sehr gute Lage, nur 5min vom Strand entfernt. Moderne Einrichtung, sauber und sehr gepflegt. Badezimmer wird nur mit einem weiteren Zimmer geteilt. Deswegen keine Wartezeiten zum Duschen. Gute und freundliche Kommunikation. Schöner Innenhof. Gut ausgestattete Küche.
Ich kann es sehr weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten!

Nuestra estancia de cinco días ha sido fantástica. Todo ha estado genial, desde la limpieza y la comodidad hasta la ubicación. Aunque algunas zonas eran compartidas, en ningún momento supuso un inconveniente. Sin duda, es un lugar muy recomendable y al que volveríamos encantadas.
Gostei da localização fica perto da praia e do comércio, gostei da simpatia dos funcionários e proprietários
Do cheiro a bafio é que vinha dos canos e também não termos direito a toalhas lavadas só trocam depois de estadias de 7 dias acho que é muito tempo…

I normally avoid guesthouse type properties because you never know what you are going to get, but I decided to give this place a try and I’m glad I did. Everything was clean and comfortable. While the bathroom is shared, it is only with one other unit. I found the place to be quiet and well located - easy to walk to several places. There was an Auchan grocery on the same street.
There is a well equipped kitchen on every floor. Both the kitchen and bathrooms are very clean.
The staff was kind enough to provide us with a bottled water once during one of many water shortages (the water shortage was a city issue - not hotel’s fault).
No aircon! That’s a bit of a dealbreaker, as the heat during the high season definitely affected our sleep quality. The fan they provide is not enough.
The room we stayed at was a bit too tight for two people for more than just one night, but we managed.
There are also some cosmetic details, such as a broken toilet paper holder in one of the bathrooms, or a clock not working, etc. These things didn’t affect our stay, but they show the staff’s attention to detail.
J’adore cet établissement ! On s’y sent comme à la maison grâce à la gentillesse et à la convivialité de toute l’équipe et de la gérante, toujours souriantes et accueillantes.
Les chambres sont décorées avec goût, très confortables, parfaitement équipées et d’une propreté irréprochable.
L’emplacement est idéal, avec tous les commerces à proximité et la plage à seulement huit minutes à pied !!!
Le patio intérieur est un véritable havre de paix, parfait pour prendre le petit-déjeuner, déjeuner, dîner ou simplement profiter de la fraîcheur en soirée, dans le calme.
Tout est parfait ! C’est mon petit coin de paradis où je reviens avec plaisir chaque été. Je recommande cet établissement sans la moindre hésitation !!!

Unfortunately during warm summer there were some moments during the day with no water. It was not their fault but annoying
