No parking .. but to be fair .. I was made aware of this prior to booking
La situation par rapport au quartierfrançais.
La chambre était spacieuse, l'hôtel est très bien décoré.
Le canapé dans la chambre familiale n'était vraiment pas confortable.
The location is nice. Can’t use a bit of a touchup.
The parking situation but it is New Orleans did find street parking which was on a meter base through an app. Convenient to refill but about $20 a day.
Location
A/C is ridiculous throughout the hotel. Customer service is terrible except for the young lady, Lucy that worked the front desk on our return stay. If it weren't for her it would have been a total failure of us coming back. The other girls at the front desk should take some lessons from Lucy when it comes to Customer Service!
The hotel overall was very clean, the staff were very nice and friendly.
The valet response time to the messaging system was delayed. I called for my vehicle, and wasn’t responded to for over an hour during a time when the busy.
However, the front desk handled the problem extremely well.
Walkable distance to attractions.
Our stay started off rough. The first room we were placed in had a broken AC—we initially assumed it just needed time to cool down, but we ended up sweating through the entire first night. After bringing it to the front desk the next day, staff were very kind and accommodating and moved us to a new room with working AC.
Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. The following morning, we found a roach in our room on the 8th floor, which was pretty unsettling. While we understand pests can be common in the area, it was still uncomfortable and concerning. We reported it immediately and requested another room change, along with some form of compensation for the repeated inconvenience and having to move twice.
We were moved again and told management would follow up regarding compensation—but we never heard back. By that point, it was too late to switch hotels since we only had one night left and an early 2am departure.
On a positive note, the breakfast was simple but great, the lobby was very cute, and the staff we interacted with were consistently kind and helpful. However, the combination of the AC issue, the roach, and multiple room changes really impacted our experience. Unfortunately, we wish we had chosen to stay elsewhere.

Convenient & Priced right
AC was not cold in room
The location was exceptional, outside of the main tourist locations but within easy access to public transportation, the riverwalk and many restaurants. It was simple to get out the door and walk to Canal Street within a few minutes, and the French Quarter within 10-15 minutes. The breakfast was also good, slightly elevated compared to a basic continental breakfast with a variety of options. I also appreciated that all of their rooms were suites, which appealed to us as we were traveling with a teenager. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the towels were soft and clean, and there was plenty of charm to the older building.
The hotel could use some refreshing. Everything was just a little...loose and slightly broken. For example, the faucets in the bathroom room were all wiggly, the toilet flushing button was a little stuck, and many of the outlets didn't work. We switched rooms our first night because when we pulled out the couch bed, it was broken. Many of the channels on the TV didn't work, just a message that said weak signal. None of these issues are deal breakers for our family, we are not picky, and the overall price of the hotel was good enough for the location and our budget to overlook them.
Location
Facilities are terrible. A/C does not cool the rooms and the hotel is hot. Very unprofessional staff with zero skills with customers service. Front desk staff is rude and very unwelcome feel as soon as you walk in the doors. Location is the only positive. Wish I didn't have a return booking but since its so late to cancel and book elsewhere it will have to do but never again.
This is a nice hotel! I truly enjoyed my stay here. The room actually caught be by surprise. When you walk in you have a living room that is separated from the bedroom. Very spacious cute room. The bed was comfortable as well! It was also quiet, which was important to me. Very clean.
Nothing.
