Charming place, but basic amenities failed
Pros:

Villa Sagui in Trancoso is a truly beautiful place, with a charming atmosphere and very friendly, welcoming staff. You can tell they genuinely try to make guests feel comfortable, which I really appreciated.

Cons:

The experience was unfortunately affected by infrastructure issues. We didn’t have water in our room for several hours, and the problem wasn’t resolved before our departure. As a result, we had to leave without even being able to take a shower, which is quite unacceptable and significantly impacted our stay.

It’s a lovely place with a lot of potential, but the basic facilities really need to be more reliable to match the overall experience.

Estadia maravilhosa e cheia de natureza ao redor. Aconchegante e prática

Cons:

A limpeza das áreas em comum da piscina podia ser melhor, o café da manhã é um pouco desorganizado e pouca variedade tb, funcionaria do café era dispersa e nã lembrava os pedidos, se atrapalhava, podia ter uma cortesia de café e chá da tarde para os hóspedes.
Problema de espaço na porta dos quartos faz entrar muito pernilongo e maruim no quarto. Podia colocar um borracha de isolamento no final das portas solução simples e barata.

Adorei e voltaria
Pros:

Adorei tudo na pousada, muito limpa e organizada. Piscina maravilhosa

Cons:

Único ponto negativo foi a questão de ter ido no Carnaval e o som ser altíssimo das festas ao redor e a pousada não isola nada, pelo ambiente das janelas serem mais rústicos

Precisa melhorar o quarto
Pros:

Boa piscina e lindo do lado de fora.

Cons:

A criança de 7 anos pagou igual adulto, o café da manhã não tem muita variedade e no quarto o banheiro é do lado de fora o de entra bixinhos e entra muito pernilongo pelo banheiro e ainda dá pra ver a janela e varando do vizinho nesse banheiro do lado de fora. Pouquíssima iluminação no quarto.

A pousada é um charme. Café da manhã bem gostoso e a Fernanda uma simpatia. O quarto era bem grande e atendeu muito bem. Camas confortáveis.

Tivemos o azar de chover muito e em um dos pontos do chalé teve goteira.

Pros:

Atendimento pessimo. Tinha uma reserva e ninguém me recebeu no check in tive que procurar outra estadia as 21h00.
