Cons:

No electrics working in room no tv no kettle move rooms they lied said they were full then moved me to room next door after an hour checked in 8.30 pm didnt get new room till 10.30 then the new room had dodgy electrics and noisy extractor fan. Heating did not work was freezing at 2am. Hotel needs refurb smells musty and i got bitten on my leg.

Pros:

The property is so easy to find. The hotel was very quiet and the breakfast was excellent. Would stay again.

Cons:

The water from the taps and shower was roasting hot and could not be cooled down. We did get moved, to a family room, but it only had 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel.

It could have been a pleasant stay if it hadn't been marred by plumbing issues with no immediate fix
Pros:

Evening meal was good. Room was comfortable.

Cons:

No water in the room I was allocated. Was moved to another room which had plumbing issues I didn't find out about until I had unpacked and had dinner. Hence I didn't want to move to a third room. (1) The cold water was only cold for a few seconds then got really hot. The staff gave me carafes of drinking water as I didn't trust the hot water. Also, I would have liked a bath but didn't have one as the water would have been too hot. (2) The toilet had flushed when I first arrived in the room but did not flush after that, seemed like the cistern wasn't filling. I had to use the toilets near reception at 4am. Not very convenient! The staff did offer me a complimentary breakfast but I was leaving early , so that was of no use to me.

Ideal location near the University and town.
Pros:

Staff very friendly. Had dinner in room which was very nice and I didn't have to wait long for it. Clean, comfy room.

Pros:

I stay at the link for Uni, whilst I’m completing my masters, so Sunday Friday and I’ve always liked the location, rooms are comfy and staff always so nice

Cons:

Alway issues with water, normally no hot water but last time the water was scolding hot! I arrived Sunday to be told boiler work was being completed and again the water was scolding hot, dangerously hot! I don’t think that’s fair on people paying £400 to stay someone that can’t guarantee you can shower and I couldn’t due to the water problem . The two men I spoke to were very nice as I left and gave this feedback. My next module at uni is April but I’ll be checking first that the water issue is sorted

Pros:

Slightly dated, but pleasant hotel on the outskirts of Loughborough. Very quiet. Good Wi-Fi.

Cons:

No power near the bed. Air conditioning was slightly noisy and weird, but it did the job.
