Cons:

Rooms in need of tlc & diy! Walls marked & scraped. Bathroom a bit grubby with moving tiles on floor. Overall could be cleaner, skirtings dusty & dirty, carpet looked dirty with stains on it too.
Evening meal menu is slightly limited, would benefit from an update. Found food to be average.
A buffet was bring served for a group, it smelt amazing would have preferred a bit of that.

Deluxe in Name, but Not as Advertised
Pros:

Good location with easy access to a beach for a stroll.

Cons:

The Deluxe Double Room I received was much smaller and nowhere near the standard shown in the photographs on Booking.com.

The bathroom was very cramped, and the fixed shower head was old and sprayed water in different directions rather than providing a proper shower. The room also had a small window, which was very different from the large bay windows shown in the Booking.com photos. There were no chairs and table by the window as pictured, and the overall room felt much less modern than what was advertised.

Soundproofing was also poor, as I could clearly hear people talking and even snoring in the adjacent rooms.

When I raised the difference with the front desk, I was told that the room is classed as “Deluxe” because it is sea-facing, and that the smaller size does not change the room category. However, this does not address the fact that the photographs used on Booking.com give a very different impression of the size, layout and standard of the room.

Overall, I was disappointed because the room I received did not match what I reasonably expected based on the photographs when booking.I can also make it a little firmer and more critical if you’re posting it as a Booking.com review.

Not value for the money spent.
Pros:

Location, room size, parking, staff friendly.

Cons:

Communal areas were tired. Walls and carpets stained and marked. Our room (437) was somewhat dated. No phone charging. Bathroom basic. Walls marked and scuffed. Ill fitting sheets. Breakfast fresh and tasty but lacking choice of other chains.
For £300 plus for one night family room, more is expected.

We received a poor bedroom update after our first night. Plus towel rail not working (room 107) so wet towels after a day left hanging.

Basin in bedroom plug stuck so couldn’t use the basin at all , reported but nothing done about it , electricity tripped out in room when using hairdryer, so couldn’t make tea or coffee , reported but nothing done done about it
