Excellent location for the University.
Pros:

Spacious room, comfy mattress and great pillows. Excellent parking.

Cons:

Not allowed dogs. Some dog-friendly rooms would be welcome

Nice staff
Good breakfast

Cons:

The room was nice, but smells of dampness, musty or the drains. There was also a big yellow stain on the floor at the door way into the bathroom. Just made it feel dirty.
I was told I could add breakfast on in the morning if I wanted to it was £12,I was charged £13.50

I will recommend Link Hotel because...
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Super quiet and spacious surroundings. Fabulous initiatives on planting trees and supporting Loughborough University.
We did enjoy our staying and had a real restful night.

Overall, just right.
Pros:

Almost everything, from the room allocation (taking account of my request) to the staff, and the overall quality.

Cons:

My bed could have been more comfortable...the duvet was far too heavy and thick, and with a creased/rucked up cover, so my feet kept getting tangled in it.

Had a great stay. Suitable us visit friends and families
Pros:

Did not have breakfast. The area is ok, near the motorway. We have stayed there before. Friendly staff very helpful.

Maybe better choice for food in the evening

Pros:

Large room, nice breakfast, close to loughborough uni. Water fountain offering chilled free water at any time.

Cons:

Light in the room not sufficient for working. Also the place does not have an elevator.
